这里面其实还是整个操作系统的问题.
第一,cdc的高层领导没有足够的重视(绝对应该引咎辞职).美国本土第一例和西班牙护
士的感染就足够敲起警钟,那就是,西方的医院不见得足够装备
第二,scientific arrogance and ignorance. 这个就不说了,看hhs secretary对对总
统在10月3号的汇报就知道了
第三,美国的联邦政府本身就是如此操作的.他对地方性的操作影响太小.cdc本身资源并
不多,是一个自己科研和搞科研赞助的机构,基本没有任何行政能力.cdc的普通工作人员
,大部分不一定是医学临床专业的,对流行病的知识不比我们这些飞机过来读博士的多上
多少.cdc肯定没有一时间(9/30)启动它的emergency response center,真正对这个疾病
有了解的专家还不知道在cdc哪里.所以接vinson电话的接线员是一班素质极低,没有任
何合成信息,作出正确决定的技术人员.

home from Cleveland Monday with a low-grade fever.
Dallas station WFAA reports that Vinson's temperature on the flight was 99.5.
The Plain Dealer's Brie Zeltner reports Vinson had no signs of nausea,
vomiting or other symptoms that would have put others on the flight at risk.
In addition, Vinson's fever was below the threshold of 100.5 to indicate

我已经警告过了，虽然4号我已经从媒体报道上得知是卡尔。文森号
航空母舰驶向南海。我知道卡尔。文森号应该也是这个基地的一艘航母，是，还是不是
日本的坚实势力，我不清楚。但其是佐治亚州的航母，就是我现在所处的这个州。以前
有报道说美国核动力航母卡尔。文森号，包括两艘驱逐舰，一艘巡洋舰，两个直升机中
队，四个战斗机中队，一架预警机，一个运输机小队和一个电子战中队， 搭载90架飞
机。美航母将从10架提升到12架，军舰从273升到355. 当卡尔。文森号驶向南海的时
候，据说夏威夷也驶出一艘军舰跟随，准确的说，很大一部分日本罪犯，海军势力都跟

Ebola patient identified as Firestone High School, Kent State graduate
CLEVELAND, Ohio — We’re learning more about the second health care worker
to be diagnosed with Ebola.
She’s been identified as Amber Vinson.
Mark Williamson with Akron Schools says she’s a 2003 graduate of Firestone
High School.

综合媒体4月10日报道，美国国防部一位官员透露，为了应对朝鲜方面的一系列挑
衅，美军卡尔文森号(Carl Vinson)航母打击群即将前往邻近朝鲜半岛的西太平洋。
《金融时报》援引美国国家安全顾问、陆军中将麦克马斯特(HR McMaster)指出，
面对朝鲜最近试射能够搭载核弹头的导弹以及其它好战行动，部署卡尔文森号航空母舰
(USS Carl Vinson)是“审慎”的。此外，此举也意在“展示力量”，强调美国现在比
奥巴马时期更愿意动用军事力量。

DALLAS – A second nurse who treated Ebola patient Thomas Eric Duncan has
been diagnosed with the deadly disease two days after flying from Ohio to
Texas, officials said.
The nurse, identifed by WFAA-TV as Amber Joy Vinson, reported a fever on
Tuesday and was immediately isolated at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital
in Dallas, officials said.
