美国在近十几年特别加强了对Domestic Violance的处理,照偶认识的老美的话,tough
handed.因为以前常常是妻子害怕劳工被起诉,隐瞒真相,结果事后老婆再被打,再次报警或
被送医院,医院人员打报警电话.以前报警后,如果没有伤害,警察一般不做强硬处理,只做
家庭纠纷案处理.结果大约十几年前,一妻子被丈夫打伤后,对警察隐瞒真相,结果被丈夫杀
害,女方家属起诉地方警察局,大胜,这件案子当年在美国引起很大轰动,逼迫司法机构和警
局建立新法,严打此类案子.
如果有前科的,或地方检察官认定受害方有隐藏被害历史的,立即送监,并加重惩罚.女方的
证词此时是没有多大价值的.一切安医生的鉴定书和地方检察官的证词为依据.
看了前面的帖子,猜想起来发这贴.实在奇怪为什么还居然有这麽多人起哄帮助凶手的.
我想戴和曹两人,都是这件案子的牺牲者.婚姻需要两个人的经营,经营不好就会出问题,特
别是对我们来到一个理性和感性观念都截然不同的国家.随乡入俗,知法依法.

Netherland is pretty close to broke. it did in the 70s, but the North Sea
oil discovery saved them. The nordics, Norway has oil wealth, Swede, God
only knows. Iceland, need I day more? Finland, does well, tiny, it is
like a single company, literrally, like Nokia. Which one hasnt I mentioned?
Austria? it is technically broke because of fiancncial debt in its

first, income tax the rich to average them out.
if not enough, raise the income tax on the rich to average them out
when the income tax rate on the rich approches 100%, and still not enogh,
tax the property.
If the rich rejects tax on property, use violance to seize their property.

经济方面, 巴马安全不懂经济, 纯瞎jb乱搞.
1. 巴马上任时候国债是10T, 6年下来现在的国债是18T. 巴马以一人之力,在8年内竟然

4. 利用全球暖化的这个骗局,通过EPA,打击美国传统工业(比如煤矿公司). 并且拒绝在

土地上开采石油.要不是美国私人企业在私人土地上大量开采页岩石油, 石油的价格将
会大幅上涨.
外交方面, 巴马同样jb瞎搞.

所以，经常有新闻，父母把小孩虐待至死，或者丈夫毒打妻子满身刺字，除非死人了，

he will be deported with or without green card. he will have a big problem
to apply or renew green card. He will be okay if he is US citizen. Otherwise
he is pretty much done in the U.S. you need to find a good lawyer to either

，你能付2万就全付了，到时候案子结了会退回来；付不起就付10%,到时候退不回来，
找律师的话能便宜几百块钱因为律师根bail bond公司有discount.
是在san jose jail么？
需要找律师的话，我可以给你联系一个. 过了DA了drop case不可能了，只能逐步从
demostic violance,到Misdemeanor逐步减轻，要出几次庭，到时候作些social work什

prerequisites than regular SD at other places. I am partially in agree with
OP.
I just want to point out that from my understanding, "imminent threat" is
key to successful HD both at the scene and later in court. Now using this
same example:
FL 776.013
1) defines "presumption of resonable fear of imminent peril of death"
2) EXCLUDES (1) in following situation. It is NOT a waiver for defender to
shoot at will.

players had worse results comparing to a little soft but all-around or very
solid and experience pusher-style players.
