他在FL飙车，撞死了两个英国游客，然后跑了。后来被条子抓住了。但是估计赔了很多
钱，另外上下打点，所以FL法院只判他HOME PRISON两年。

，要求几周后要么交罚款$280，要么出庭 "contest the violation"。
我刚从东部过来，第一次搭乘Light Rail，之前办的clipper card搭乘BART和Bus都没
出现问题，不熟悉Light Rail的付费系统，自己也疏忽大意，因此犯下了这个愚蠢的错
误。

去年8月25号晚上,从家里去学校的路上被抓,40的路,条子说我开了54.二话不说,一张
ticket,我一看,还是我们学校的警察,nnd,下手真狠.条子是迎面开来的
然后就去法院要求上庭,初定是11月底吧,一共要去两次,前一次递交motion,第二次
trial
谁知道我把日子记错了,递交motion那次忘记去了.第二天再去,说只能重新安排时间.于
是motion递交排到1月27号,今天trial.我对本州的speedy trial不是狠了解.由于上一
次也是我的失误,没能按原有排期,所以我也不指望靠speedy trial的trick了.

Under special agreements, traffic convictions in Quebec or Ontario are
recorded on NYS driver license records and carry points. Except for
violations in Ontario and Quebec, points are not added to your NYS record
for out-of-state violations.

一个警车, 从后视镜看到他启动了我就老老实实停路边了, 一会警车闪着警灯停在了后
面:
要了registration和license, 开了罚单, 148$. 我说附近没限速牌, 外加那个大坡太
突然, 警察笑着说没用, 说我看到你后来刹车了, 所以给你写了65, 没写70.
我是NY驾照, 想问下大家:
1. 这个会不会扣点? (罚单上只有148$的罚款, 没写罚点)

几天前刚从东部搬到湾区来找工作，今天一整天面试一家大公司，回来搭乘Light Rail
回住处时因为极度疲劳，加上车刚好进站急着上车，忘记用clipper card付费。结果半
路上来两个检票人员，当场被抓。用各种理由解释，但无济于事，仍然被开了张notice
，要求几周后要么交罚款$280，要么出庭 "contest the violation"。
我刚从东部过来，第一次搭乘Light Rail，之前办的clipper card搭乘BART和Bus都没
出现问题，不熟悉Light Rail的付费系统，自己也疏忽大意，因此犯下了这个愚蠢的错
误。
请问：
1. 在这张notice上，写明了我的violation是"Evasion of Fare"，算Infraction（而

本来一切貌似都挺顺利，银行贷款也批了，上周去title company签字等银行放款，结
果title company提醒这个房子20年前吃过county的code violation notice，关于车库
改建和一些加建等共3项。银行最后也不放款了。
第一次买房糊涂得很，签offer的时候完全没有注意到有这个问题，seller也完全没有
提到过。
现在再回头看看，Seller's discloure里面只是说permit unknown，有一项“Are you
aware of: Room additions, structural modifications, or other alterations or
repairs not in compliance with building codes”，seller完全没有勾yes或者no。
但是另外一个文件title的preliminary report里面的确有提到这个问题Notice of

我从robert那里要来了08年LIA法律小组对起诉奥本排期捆绑的可行性报告。大家看看

IL drivers can get up to 3 moving violations per year from the date of the first violation. Once 3 moving
violations are collected your license will be suspended.
Depending on the offense, your moving violation may or may not to require you to appare in court.
If you are REQUIRED to appare in court, then you must do so.
You can choose to contest your citation in court regardless if you are required to appear in court or not. A

在diamond bar碰上一骑警，倒霉。上坡还说我超速，我根本没觉得。
