family room没有permit。
这些事情应该是几十年前就做了，跟这个seller无关。Seller's Disclosure上面写着"
permit unknown"。
后来了解到，city在close之前就给seller发过一份code violation notice，但这是在
我们签合同之后。seller和title company都没有跟我们提这件事。
Title insurance的条款上有一项Exclusion:

constructed in accordance with applicable building codes. This Exclusion

斜杠取消掉，没注意看清楚，刚好去的时候又有一辆车从那个位置离开就直接停上去了
（人很多位置紧张），结果玩完回来车被拖走了，赔了一百多拖车费，还吃了一张25刀
的parking violation ticket，真是倒霉啊，第一次吃ticket，第一次被拖车。
不知道在麻州parking violation涨点吗，会涨保险吗？如果不会打算,直接就寄check过
去了，懒得折腾了。有知道的能说一下或者给点建议吗？多谢啦 |

我的车没付Toll，地点是"25/5 WORC R"，早上8：40， 大概是Worcester附近。麻州的
收费路只有I-90，那一天根本没走I-90。我们已经很久没走I-90了。以前走I-90也从来
不走自动收费通道。
倒是没有几块钱（$2.35 plus $5 violation fee)，不过让人不舒服。这个可以申诉吗
？可以要求他们出具证据吗（比如snapshot)?

最近去洛杉矶出差，在Del Mar上了carpool lane.结果最近收到罚单说是需要有
fastrak才能使用carpool lane.可是当时根本没有看到任何提示。不知道这个罚单能
argue么？
还有由于车是hertz租的，hertz发来罚单说要收$30 violation handling fee.这些能
waive么？

2010 registration sticker on my vehicle plate.
It was marked as the correctable violation on the ticket. and on the back of
the ticket, it says, upon correction of the violation, have a law

sign the reverse of your ticket in the "Certificate of Correction" section.

在MD的495公路上，有辆警车停在shoulder，我在旁边的右lane驶过。把我截停，一头
雾水，说我应该换到左面一条lane，即所谓的move over violation.
罚了$110，听说会影响point。3个选择：交钱，hearing，trial。我想hearing比较合

事情是这样的，drive licence 忘了renew了，过期了以后去renew了，给力receipt。
DVM的officer明确说了，用过期的licence和renew的receipt就可以开车。但是网上的
状态还是licence是cancelled。 某天买菜回来超速，被抓。警察说我的licence是
cancelled，我和他说明了情况，但是他不听。让我找人来开车。当时离家1mile多点。
我想等他走了我自己开回去。随后人躲在旁边把我又抓了，上了手铐，在他车里等了大
概10分钟。他查了一会儿给了ticket，把我送到离家近的一个路口。当然车被拖了。

今天出车祸了，发个帖子征集大家的智慧来了。
个人的一些情况，拿到驾照不到三个月，开车还是比较小心的。车是99年mazda626，手
动挡。
事出傍晚7点十分左右，我沿着一条比较大的干道在最右边的车道从西向东行驶，图中
从下到上的绿色箭头。附近这一带交通繁忙，又是周五傍晚，大家都赶party。开始在A
处遇到红灯停车，前边可能有两辆车，靠近我的是一辆黑色Mustang，一直都开得比较
慢。绿灯起步后它还是很慢，然后它换到了中间车道，我超过它时还听到它后边的车滴
它。我一直挂到四档，穿过了高速路桥的下边。紧接着下一个印象就是我撞上了沿红色
线路行驶的一辆Toyoka Van的侧边靠前的地方，印象中也踩刹车了。两个气囊都打开了
，车头都撞得不成样子了。副驾驶上的LP脸肿了半边，后边的朋友碰了鼻子。对方的车
轮歪了，车门凹了进去。对方一家三口没有受伤。我当时看到车的仪表盘像是在冒烟，
也可能是气囊的烟雾，赶快拔了钥匙下车。事后发现在四档，手刹不知什么时候拉了起
来。
我下来时有两个路人和我们同侧步行，上来问我们是否OK。 |

description跟violation code不一致。description讲的是fail to yield
pedestraian, 而罚单上的code VC21951对应的条款是说当前面车辆停下让行人通行时
不得超车。法庭传票的charge是按code的。这样我是否应该上庭，胜算几率有多大？ |

发帖数: 6 | 46 去年圣诞节去LA的时候，租了辆车，然后U-turn的时候过于intensive，被警车抓到，又说我们没有单独的保险卡（我们和他说了租车，并且把租车的保险单给他看了，但是警察表示不行，我们也是第一次在外租车，就没有继续argue），最后回来以后收到一张1000+的ticket。
根据ticket上的说明，我们只是疑似没有保险，可以交上25刀的查询费和保险号，把保险的那块给dismiss掉。我们已经按照说明寄信过去了并且确认收到了，但是一个月了还没有收到法院的任何通知，check也没有被兑现。4.11是due day，就差一个月了。。。怎么办呢？
另外就是想知道U-turn过于intensive这种violation要怎么办呢？要请律师吗？
我们是第一次在外面租车，什么都不懂，请各位不吝赐教，谢谢大家了！ |

想请问一下这个会影响保险吗，能怎么把危害程度减到最轻。
可以上个driving school 啥的不计入驾驶记录么。
当时情况是这样，第一次走那条one lane two way 的路。
小rotary的十字路口，闪红灯，all-way stop.
前面有个大卡车，把路边的stop sign 挡住了没看到。
而且当时和副驾座上的朋友聊天，一时没注意就闯过去了。
求建议，非常谢谢！
