今天看到全球最好的厨师Benoit Violier自杀的消息,非常吃惊。他今年才44岁,是全
球排名第一的餐厅的主厨,因为压力自杀了。一个月前他的餐厅刚刚被评为全球第一,

原来是王语嫣呀。
北美的鱼好吃的也不少。Crappie, Walleye,blue perch, 都很不错。极新鲜的salmon
也可以清蒸,味道甜丝丝的。
厨艺的真谛即为使用最新鲜的食材,运用最简单的做法,做出最完美的味道。不断创新
,经常改变。中餐的很多配料都太不健康,比如味精和所有含有味精的调料,各种酱、
酱油,应当革除。去掉这些,中餐厨师很多都会无所适从啦...
