follow, for incidences like this and also for occupational injuries (like
docs or PAs stick themselves while doing procedures on patients). So if this
is a qualified ER doc, he should have given you the right prophylactic
antibiotics for possible bacterial infection. However, if there is concern

在西班牙找牙医真的很难，再找一个讲英文的更难；
我总是租那种有家具的短期房，因为总是搬来搬去，尽量买很少的东西减少搬家的麻烦
，居无定所；
大三上半学期荷兰海牙大学的OSIRIS有问题，到现在很多成绩还有追回来；
实习的公司里除了我，全是英国人加拿大人的英语native speaker，而且专业
marketing 背景出生，压力可想而知；

艾滋病用药最重要的就是不要漏吃，98-100%才能最好的抑制 viral load。 很多州都
有ADAP PROGRAM，很多药都是免费的。
很多地方都有infectious disease clinic专门有医生follow up 艾滋病，检查药物副
作用，有没有漏药。
没有必要告诉同事，卫生局更不会管这种事情。病人要注意自己的体液，其他都没什么
关系。
关键就是让viral load 到不能检测的范围，不要有感染，这样很多人活很多年的。现
在艾滋病的药还是鸡尾酒疗法，而且一般会先给病人上一天一次的药物，看有没有效果。
最主要的还是找医生赶快治，医院有很多人很熟悉资助program。 |

这个肯定不行的。你仔细看下lenti vector的结构就知道了，vector是有external pro

目前尚无定论，现有的in vitro model的数据似乎并不支持但也无法完全排除这种可能
。然而entry inhibitor确实可以有效阻止viral spread in vitro and in vivo,那么
合理的猜测就是即便存在细胞间的传播，也很可能是经由受体介导的。
hepatocyte的再生比较特殊，即便是成熟的肝细胞本身仍然具有很强的增殖潜力，此外
也存在liver progenitor cells。但有证据表明，HBV只感染高度分化的肝细胞，原因
之一就是NTCP只在分化的肝细胞中高表达。理论上讲，如果能激活肝细胞再生，同时抑
制病毒复制尤其是new infection，是有可能通过“稀释效应”最终清除viral
reservoir的，当然这仍然需要相当长的时间彻底清除病毒，很难像HCV DAA治疗那么强
