The biggest factor for the rental company is how cheap they could get the
cars. There are companies willing to discount their cars hugely just to push
them out of the door, like big three, Toyota, there are companies who don't
do this like Honda. You can't conclude that Honda cars are less reliable
than the big three's.
As to reliability, I don't think rental companies give much on that. Because

to deal with matters rationally. Being cold-blooded means having no
compassion
for others. I think in our cultural women are often associated with emotions
and lack of rationality. Some people, men as well as women, take this as
