passion, 侃侃而谈。因为说实话大多数时候坐下面的那帮人对你的小领域
也不懂（懂的话还能有你的位置出来？），自信的话至少可以对vision加成50% |

因为小，所以很多规则都是CEO刚制定，我估计。
比如前两个月试用，另外不管现在还是正式，
公司不cover health care , dental , vision etc.
公司可以考虑推荐基于individual 的计划。 但是又说，如果有需要，公司也可以提供
这些，需要进一步discuss.
不知我要不要争取discuss. 另外一般市面上的plan 都是什么样子的？ 大概值多少？
是不是直接叫涨点工资就可。
不想push的太狠了，我觉得刚开始不要做得太过？
另外，小公司有无什么要注意的？他倒是说可以办身份。我觉得太小似乎也有问题。

医生，然后bill保险的时候，要保证儿医不要bill under
vision service category，而是某种medical category。
学龄下小孩子一般眼睛有问题都是算成medical的，不是
普通近视眼那种。这样medical insurance就可以报销了
不过每个保险不一样。我说的是我家保险的情况 |
