但起码有个很好的理由拒绝不想接受的人了。。。

Not all visitors medical insurance covers pre-existing conditions. You need
to make sure that before buying it. Since most parents don't have ssn and
medical history here, so when you claim, it might be more complicated for
pre-existing illness.
also check the Medicaid. Different state has different rules and
qualifications. I heard visitors in NY/CA got Medicaid before. News like
this indicates that foreigners can get Medicaid here with visitor visa. But

Day 3：先到了大岛最东端。从11号到130到132（路上的树木很精彩），然后在132尽头
继续开1英里的unpaved的路（但是很平整），在即将到尽头的时候右拐上一条岩浆石铺
的路（必须4驱），颠簸行1英里，就来到一片很漂亮的海边，以及一个叫Champagne的
Pond，水是有地下热源的很温暖（可以认为是个温泉池）。泡泡很不错。而且可以在
jeep车里面和狰狞的岩浆路合影，可以拿去唬人。这个行程就是看蓝宝书得来的。出来
后拐上137，大约2英里后右拐上非常漂亮的充满热带雨林景色的Pahoa-Pohoiki路出来
，就奔向Hilo了。11号公路过了Hilo再往北就是19号公路了。著名的AKAKA瀑布在19号
公路的大约13英里处。但是在19号公路的7英里处，可以拐上一条长约4英里的Scenic

before that it is fine.
For example, If DOS FR your case on 7/16/2013, you come back to USA with J
visa on that day, your J waiver becomes invalid, you 会被要求提供2年回国居住

是否必须把J1终止？No need
再次入关的时候后得考虑是以哪种身份入境? New visa, not old visa..
When new visa effective, old visa becomes invalid.
If you have further questions, feel free call Visa Office.

Dear DOS officer,
I hold a J1-type visa and my current J1 visa for re-entering US will expire
in October 2013.
I plan to travel outside US and re-enter using the current visa before the
expiration date. I also plan to submit an application for a J1 visa waiver
