化妆品我认为最好用的是Chanel.

能挣到包子吗？
过去的这个夏天特别热，不上防晒霜不行啊。所以做了些防晒霜的功课，看了不少网站
的帖子。自己也用过不少。做个总结吧。就是冬天也得用防晒霜，希望对大家有所帮助。
首先发现，含benzone的不能要，比如oxybenzone, avobenzone种种毒害作用，具体我
都忘了，反正不好。一下子筛下好多。包括我一直用的lancome Bienfait Multi-Vital
SPF 30 Lotion.这个本来是很适合我的混合皮肤的。不过防晒/防黑效果一般，我每天
都抹也照样变黑不少。
然后呢，据说octinoxate也不好。chanel 的UV essential, La Mer的UV protecting
fluid，都含这个。我本来是很喜欢chanel UV essential的，涂起来很舒服清凉，很薄
，而且有润肤色的作用。La mer的UV spf30我强烈不推荐，黄乎乎的，抹了之后肤色都
变暗了。著名的Dior snow,我没用过，据说也含octinoxate.

话说我从小就没为此烦扰过，一是我知道遗传性的不容易去掉，我费那劲干嘛；二是因
为皮肤没有下垂毛孔大凸凹不平肤色暗沉或皱纹等等状况出现，等我什么时候皮肤出现
其他状况的时候，再老化一点，比如皱纹暗沉+雀斑，那就再去用激光打掉好了。
对spots的治疗，现代医学已经相当发达，如果你真的因此感到非常困扰，我劝你花个
几百刀去专门的皮肤科医生那里用某种激光打掉，我有好多朋友这么做了，效果都不错
。只是刚laser完了的那几周基本无法见人。
如果你不想用激光去，那么下面的产品确实有很好的淡斑效果。

我是买clarins产品的时候，sales说这个serum新出的，怎么ground breaking，怎么防
老，防皱，让皮肤透明光亮等等，还能去spots，还推荐我用同一个line的日霜晚霜。
我就买了个clarins的spf40防晒，外加把这一套日晚霜serum搬回家了，本来没什么期

这个就得靠自己判断了，必要的时候要请护士重新给量vital
自己可以测心跳来监控，太慢或太快了就找护士，vital指标有问题他们就会重视的 |

得干净，不怕刷得太用力造成牙龈萎缩，之前用普通牙刷的时候就有这个问题，现在用
vitality一阵子后，情况改善了一些 |
