不是很了解。糖尿病和维生素D有一定的关系，但是吃维生素D对于糖尿病没有直接的疗
效。I型糖尿病大多是遗传造成。
维生素D与骨质疏松，佝偻病，癌症（乳腺癌，大肠癌等），免疫性疾病，以及精神疾
病有关，人体维生素D主要靠皮肤经过太阳紫外线照射形成。现代社会大部分人晒太阳
的机会不多，因此普遍缺乏维生素D.因此补充维生素D十分必要。
人体维生素D的诊断主要是检测血液里的25(OH)vitamin D (包括D3和D2). 人体里的
vitamin D先是在皮肤表面形成，然后通过血液经过肝脏转化成25(OH）vitamin D, 再
经过肾脏进一步转化成1，25（Dihydroxy) Vitamin D.
人体里的维生素D主要是vitamin D3, 而D2则很少。因此补充vitamin D3就可以。
除非有肾脏方面的问题，一般是不用补充1,25-dihydroxy-vitamin D的。而且这药可能
是处方药，非常贵。

是买了。

是我上网做了一些功课，发现怀孕前三个月不要补Vitamin A,一般人从三餐里可以获得足够的Vitamin A,如
果VA过量会造成胎儿畸形。可是我去CVS看了一圈，所有的牌子都有Vitamin A,至少是4000IU。
大家在前三个月都用的什么牌子的prenantal vitamin,有Vitamin A吗？
我目前虽然偶尔恶心，但是吃饭不受影响，不知道用不用补Vitamin A? |

比较有保障，就托我在这买点寄回去。
医生指明说了是要25（OH） Vitamin D，可是我看了一下，这边都是卖Vitamin D3这样
的。放狗搜了一下说25（OH） Vitamin D是经人体二次转化的产物，医学盲不懂啥意思
，请教一下应该买哪种？买多少IU的合适？（11岁的小孩）
另外还说25（OH） Vitamin D可以长期吃，125（OH） Vitamin D不能长期吃，这两有
啥区别？

我的fitness杂志＇self'上有文章说研究证实口服大量维C对皮肤没有作用．但是长期坚
持
外用有效果．我从前皮肤科的老师说vitamin E 擦脸有护肤作用， 可以买
V E胶丸，直接加在晚霜里。不过我没有坚持，很油的。但是当年我们皮肤科的医生老师
们皮肤都很好，所以有可信度。
另外我按医生的建议吃multi-vitamin, 不但是补vitamin, 而且补钙很重要，尤其对女性
，必须在年轻的时候开始补。
另一有科学根据的小tip 是，感冒初起时口服大剂量vitamin C 有效，不是普通的药丸，
是那种500mg or 1000mg 的那种。 |

晒光化学反应产生的就是D3), 因此现在市场上卖的基本上都是D3.
一般人可买2000 IU的，以2到3天吃一粒就行，没必要每天吃。一定要买透明胶囊。如
果是固体状的基本不能吸收。
在美国的幼儿如果经常喝牛奶的话，一般不需要补充vitamin D，因为牛奶里含D. |

1顿奶粉。想补vitamin D。是儿医给的similac的液体奶里带的。是now牌的liquid
vitamin D-3 for infant use.我尝过是无味的，给宝宝直接滴在嘴里宝宝都吐出来，
最多能咽下一半。
大家都怎么喂？不知道是不是宝宝尝起来不太一样，如果这样的话搀在奶里（我大部分
时间pump出来）宝宝会厌奶的。而且我用的都是塑料瓶，vitamin D很油会沾在瓶壁上。

不过,cleveland clinic 医生发现饭后吃vit D有助吸收。

ultrasound，7 weeks 6 days，看到了宝宝，也听到了好像打鼓一样的心跳，终于安心
了些。谢谢宝宝版的祝福！还有三个问题要问问大家：
1. 我昨天去药店拿OB开的prenatal vitamin，居然要out of pocket $50，才30天剂量
，好贵啊。我用的是empire BCBS保险，一直还不错，后来药房的人说这个prenatal
vitamin不算“治病”的药，只是营养药，所以特别贵。如果孕期一直吃甚至听说生完
还接着吃的话，每个月$50也太贵了……
请问大家prenatal vitamin吃over the counter的可以不？其实成分都差不多吧，over
the counter在GNC或者直接买nature made便宜好多啊。
2. 我的OB那里没有ultrasound，所以要去她associated的医院做， 好像很多人都是OB
和ultrasound分开两个地方。那么ultrasound的结果医院会给OB吗，还是每次我要告诉
OB ultrasound的结果？

分表里超多的vitamin B12,就知道是骗人的了。。vitamin b12 comes from animal
source. 所以pure vegan是缺这个的，ovo-vegan就不缺。。。包括amazon上那个说纯
植物提取的很贵的补omega 3的，其实真正有助于大脑发育的成分一定是来源于fish的
，植物的话只可能是海藻。。但是这些保健品都很善于做文字功夫，当然瓶子上的声明
下面都会写一句，这个statement没有经过fda核实之类的，都是公司自己claim的功效
。。
一向觉得，平时能吃得品种丰富营养好，就不要take 这些vitamin了。毕竟是化学合成
药物，怎么也得肝脏肾脏代谢吧。到底有多少功效不知道，但只依赖不见得对人体没坏

我是看到十大那个帖子进来的，我自己从来没有严重到需要吃药的地步，但是相当长的
时间内觉得非常压抑，缺乏动力和兴趣，每天懒懒的。 后来体检时偶然发现我严重缺
乏vitamin D， 很诧异，因为我还是很喜欢户外运动的，并且每天都吃多维。 医生先
给我开了大剂量的药片，我吃了之后high得不行，莫名其妙的高兴，老公看着我说，是
不是吸毒就是你这样。 血检正常后，医生让我每天吃2000单位V D，我到现在吃了快三年
，不仅心情正常了，身体也更好了，这是我们都没有想到的事情。 从前心情不好时，
老公还要时常开导我，现在都不用了。
