I did some research, and both of those Routan’s are not new vehicles. The
first one is no longer at the dealership, and according to Volkswagen the
other one was sold August 3rd, 2011 and was their service loaner van.

最近考虑买2014 Volkswagen Passat (1.8T)，向许多dealer quote了S的出门价，目前
得到的最低价是21060刀。我在NJ，州税是7%。
同学建议我再看看SE的feature。我开车是新手，买车的主要用途是上学和购物，长途
出行的机会应该不会太多。今天花了一上午时间做了一些功课，下面我列出SE可能优于
S的feature：

是“高大上”的SUV，只能买其一两万迈的二手，这样既能卡在budget上，又相当于新
车，只是我们占了“新车头两年掉价最快”的便宜、钻了这个空子而已。
现在正在纠结于VOLKSWAGEN 的 TOUAREG V6 与 BMW的SUV，因为奔驰的SUV根本不可能
掉在budget之内，即使两三年的一两万迈的二手。
我的问题是：VOLKSWAGEN 的 TOUAREG V6顶配 与 BMW的SUV，两者新车的价钱差不多，
都在5万3左右，现在发现有前者2010年的仅有1万1迈数的经检查完全没问题的近似于新
车的二手货在dealer只卖2万7，这个deal怎么样？是很super吗？因为毕竟后者更高大
上、牌子更加响亮和名牌，那么后者我能等到类似条件（2010年的仅有1万1迈数的经检
查完全没问题的近似于新车的二手货）的类似的deal（2万7）吗？换句话说，两者新车
价钱一样，头两年/头两万迈的掉价速度也一样吗？谢谢指点！:-)

,太贵,
网上搜了下,国内有山寨版,功能比原装还多,可以放DVD电影,
播放 SD卡和USB卡中的mp3音乐和mp4/avi电影.有蓝牙, GPS, ipod 接口,
用户review 有好有坏,主要是不太稳定,还有些bug.看在价格只要$500左右,便宜了一大
截.
决定买来试试.安装很简单,plug and play, 加上设置,一个小时 搞定..
用了一会, 感觉很不错.
优点:
0. 安装很简单,就两条线接上就可以了.外观跟原装几乎一样
1.屏幕很大,触摸屏,分辨率,800x480, 很sharp.
2.DVD播放很顺利,随便试了部 Netlix 租的DVD碟,很快能播放.
3. 音响效果很不错,比我的车原来的 好很多.播放SD卡中的mp3 音乐很爽.
4. 蓝牙很方便.我的很老的手机很快就识别连接上了.
5.带有双SD 插槽，一个专门给GPS 装 导航和地图。随机装了igo8，不错，另一个SD
卡 用来放音乐和视频文件。

Dealer 那里说有VW的 7 years extended warranty (实际上是additional 4 year + 3
year manufacturer warranty), 要1000 dollar. 因为这是个大dealer,想也没想就买
了。 回来看了条款, 上面写的是Portfolio, 没有一个Volkswagen的信息，感觉不像是
VW的官方warranty， 看了800电话，好像是一个保险公司，网址是http://www.portfolioreinsurance.com/
请问各位这就是VW官方的extended warranty，还是一个普通的保险公司？如果只是一
个保险公司，和买Geico的7 years extended warranty (Geico叫Mechanical
Breakdown Coverage）有什么不同？
