费者在科技上的开支，并且认为新兴市场会推动增长。
不久前，钱伯思称思科已经出轨，并于4月进行大重组。在分析师会议上，钱伯思扬言
要在主战场与华为开战，并在全球对抗华为，他还说华为是最难应付的对手。
钱伯思称，目前思科在新兴市场的增长率为20%，他想将长远增长率增至40%。同时，钱
伯思说已经从现有客户看到正面信号。
思科高管预计年度销售增长率到2014年保持在5-7%，今年初时，思科还预期增长率为12
-17%。未来三年，思科预期每股收益增长率为7-9%，运营利润率为25%左右。思科说，
因为要削减成本，总计已经有12700人被裁。尽管在裁员，钱伯思还是说对于小型收购
“十分积极”。
在路由器和交换机市场，钱伯还攻击了两大主要竞争对手。他说Jnniper Network“是
我所见过的最易受攻击的企业”，他还说思科的战略是击溃惠普。
自8月以来，思科陷入重组，投资者对思科股票保持谨慎。从长远来看，思科将更为重
视利润，而非销售额，不过钱伯思没有给出具体销售目标。
