标 题: 关于增加头发volumn的心得

我脸大发少，之前也试过很多增加volumn的产品，但效果都不好。我一用extra volumn
的洗发产品就脱发，很不好。用spray又含酒精，伤发又脱发，也不持久。感觉用那些
styling产品必须每天洗头，然后抹/喷新的，要不第二天头发更塌。不过现在我没那些
烦恼了，头发每天蓬松润泽，也不用天天洗了。心得如下：
1.经常修剪。头发长长了就会被自已的重量weigh down，所以我一个月修一次，每次不
用修太多，一二厘米即可，这样长期保证其轻盈，长发短发都适用。
2.不要剪出太多层次。层次多的话，刚剪完会特别蓬松，但过一阵反而会显得更少，尤
其是对我这样的细软发质来说，因为层次减少发量。完全没有层次又会比较呆板，所以
稍稍有一点层次比较好。
3.最重要的一点，就是洗头的时候多洗头皮，但上护发素的时候一定不能沾到头皮上。

True break through. MM collect enough chips during last few days. But will
retest this SPX 1150 support next week. Bull can ride on at that time.

Market may go south and repeat this for several days.
4. Dow with big volumn:
Another bear trap: buy on dip
5. Pig with either high or low volumn:

我一直以为那个3 way toggle switch摆在中间就是bridge and nect pickup
的声音混在一起。
刚才发现如果起始位置是treble, 下面那个pickup volumn开最大，上面pickup最小
弹一下有声，然后pickup switch到中间就一点声都没有了，怎么拧下面pickup
的volumn都不出声，只有打开上面音量钮才出声
反过来也一样，起始位置rhythm, treble volumn 0, rhythm volumn max,
strum, then swich to middle position, it becomes dead silence,
and sound only comes back out when turning up the treble volumn knob
如果起始两个音量都开最大，打到中间以后任何一个音量钮开到最小就彻底没声了。
les paul都这样的还是我这个伪les paul特有？ |

focus on the case that a bucket can be just full but never
overflows. Suppose one bucket's water volumn is a function
v(t), then dv/dt = f(t), or v(t) = C + integrate(f(u), u=0..t)).
max of v(t) = bucket volumn V, so you can solve the constant C.
But you have to verify that v(t) never <0. The total volumn of water
in two buckets must >= bucket volumn. (I am assuming the buckets
are identical and V is large enough. It is easy to apply the |

Then the volume of water that hold the rock in ship is twice of rock volumn.
2V_r = V_w
If the rock is dropped into water, the whole water volumn (from the bottom
to the water level) will minus V_w and plus V_r. Whole water volumn will

If you are saying that my win rate has not been tested by big volumn, I can'
t say it is not true ( I am >300k hand for the year now even though it cross
through stakes from NL10 to NL100). But if you say they are better player
because they can pull off 500k hand a year, I can't agree.
But i do agree that 10 tabling is a special skill, which is not 100% poker

假设在4月份以前GA goes private，拿12.5 call的人不都傻逼了么？

那天比前面pace提高了1分多钟！我周四跑着都觉得garmin坏了。。。当然我是龟速那
种哈。。。那啥我还发现大volumn恢复快。我之前5*5隔天根本回复不过来，练得我连
病好几次。。。加大volumn后第二天跑个recovery run就恢复了我都无语了

发帖数: 610 | 39 volumn的设计是科学的，只是你自己对于平衡的感觉出错了，哈哈。
squat和dl的肌肉本来就比卧推和推肩多的多，volumn多是为了这个目的。
5x5是个力量项目，不是视觉系，所以当你达到三大项的平衡了，就是平衡了。
你要是觉得没有，那也没办法，因为你的感觉可能是上肢的视觉效果更好，比如罗马甜
瓜一样的肩膀，小翅膀的背部，金刚狼一样的手臂等等。那些5x5不会给你，因为5x5多
数训练的是core muscle，这些肌肉大部分隐藏在身体表面下，你是看不到的。所以你
看calistrenght的人看起来甚至很普通，但是却力量惊人。
btw，练习项目太多了，选择是个科学。看你想要什么样的效果了。 |

，现在差不多回到去年荒废前的水平，5'10"/172lb, sq260, bp145, ohp110。
其实今年做sq状态比去年好些，去年做sq的时候lower back受过伤，今年格外注意，辅
助加练点plank/abs之类的core力量练习。但是重量加上来后总有心理阴影，260再往上
不太敢加，心虚，怕又受伤。bq向来是我弱项，不过现在觉得只要吃够，应该还有不少
空间。ohp涨得很慢，可能本来用的肌肉群就小一些。
现在我比较困惑的是不像去年练squat有明确的目标，那时候主要是为打篮球服务，而
今年公司停掉了以往打球的gym的membership，冬天雨多也没地方打了。没啥动力蹲更
重的重量了。而且怕受伤，因为公司的gym不能往地上扔，还从来没有真正意义上fail
过squat。5x5其实又是比较aggressive的program，每次加5lb，如果不能很好的fail，
靠扭曲动作硬撑着做，迟早要受伤。想请教一下，到了intermediate level以后，有没

发帖数: 3603 | 42 时间先后的问题。有些人瘦的时候先瘦胸，和她当时吃alli无关。然后胸部size稳定了
，就不会缩了。
拿我做例子吧，我最瘦的时候34c.肥一些，变成36c,其实就是下胸围变大， breast
volumn也变大了。再肥些，我没去买新内衣，但实际是不合适了，breasts 撑到罩杯外
面来了，很挤，下胸围也必须用最大的勾位了。
现在减肥，整个过程反过来。 现在还用36c内衣,但是可以用第2个勾位了，罩杯也不挤
，正好。 就是cup size 减了。
我expect在减到目标之前，cup size and 胸围会继续减，减到34c为止。
其实想breast volumn不变，我想就是脂肪+胸肌的size不变。 减肥时肯定会减脂肪，
基因决定了某人减多少胸部的脂肪，而不是药，可以控制的是增加胸肌的size.很多男
的练了之后两边胸部鼓鼓的，比某些女人还大。 |

volumn. Regular table is too slow for me certainly. I do agree with you
that rush is getting more more close to regular game with hud around. So the
sheer volumn itself is nice. Even though my win rate has not been good
lately, I think I still have potential.
I just need to improve my game further. 打牌就是逆水行舟， 你不进步，就被别
人超过.
But I still believe not many people have significant edge over me at NL100, but the 1bb/100 hand win |

这个就是典型的isosurface rendering，或者叫volumn rendering, 在医学扫描成像上
很常用。。。
最简单的算法就是marching cube, 考虑一个8顶点的unit cube，根据物体与这个cube
切割的情况决定triangulation，如果一条边一个顶点在物体内，一个顶点在物体外，
那么在这个边上可以插值得出一个triangulation顶点。由于物体跟unit cube的切割只
可能有2^8 = 256种情形，可以做成一个查找表，这样对每个unit cube，根据顶点向量
，查表就能知道哪几条边需要插值找triangulation顶点。比如下面带的这个表。
很多现成的volumn rendering软件已经有这个功能，输入三维点阵数据，直接生成
triangle mesh。比如UCSF Chimera。自己写code也不难。 |

在用GE prepacked Superdex 200（bed volumn=2.4ml, loading volumn=50ul) 的一个
小柱子做微量的size exclusion纯化然后用来做生化试验。
最近对所需蛋白量要求变大了，所以正在找合适的大柱子能让我一次的loading
volume到~5ml. 碰巧前几天旧的UV detector的灯泡也坏了，问别人说换新的要700多刀
，还不能保证修好。现在我盘算着能不能干脆整套新的。
我问了下周围的同事，有人给我推荐GE的AKTA pure系统。我看了下觉得功能太多
太花哨（估计也很贵），对我这种只需要单一步骤蛋白纯化的人好像太浪费了。所以上
来问问有没有用过或者熟悉这方面工作的朋友，给我推荐下经济又简单实用的一套
chromotography系统。
顺便问下，如果我买单个组件自己DIY一套能省些钱么？比如pump, column,
