courses in Ventury Country,
California.

2）家里房子做了很多装修，添了很多家具和电器。
3）借出去一大笔钱做投资， 收入增加了。
问收入：
高于当地平均水平， 还有钱借出去。。。

changes. I didnt get chance to learn or play with him, but according to voy
iger, it would be well worth.
i guess we can always find some other time to chat with ET on course.
As for this saturday, i assume most/all of you guys still want to show up an
d play at callippe. I plan to be there, even though, i will have a teeth sur
gery this afternoon.

以前都没注意。听人说那种不粘的带teflon的不好。查了一下， non-stick coating
teflon 需要用PFOA

“如果父亲申请需要父母在子女出生前的结婚证（必须）“， 是结婚证还是结婚公证？
我父母1966年结婚，以前没有办证（也可能是老证丢了），2010年补办了一个结婚证。
是不是可以用这个加上一个翻译件？
I-485 & I-130 和支持材料申请费邮寄以后 移民局给会给一个东东(notice of action
?), 有了这个东东就可以合法继续在美 (超过6月也可， 直到拿到绿卡）。
我爸妈5/14来， 靠b2最迟可以待到11/13， 我的公民纸10/10才能拿，我10月10号file
I485 和 I-130, 来得及吗？ 不知道在他们签证过期前（11/13）能不能来得及收到
notice?在加州。

最近试了一些KB 的EXERCISE, 觉得KB有以下优点
1)重量集中,方便做SWING以及各种各样的BALLISTIC 动态 MOVE. dumbbel is too
clumsy to swing, grip plates 导致起茧严重. you can do all db moves using kb
, but you can not do all KB moves using DB...
2) 方便举在头顶， 可以挂在拇指和食指形成的FORK上, MORE STABLE OVER HEAD THAN DB BECAUSE CENTER OF GRAVITY OF KB IS LOWER THAN WRIST...

达到EXRX １６５体重级的中级标准. 四月以前 的水平只有148 LBS体重级NOVICE
LEVEL
体重没有什么变化, 155lbs or so. therefore 80 lbs gain over 4 month period.
tested barbell flat bench press as well, 175lbs. still 10lbs short of 165's
intermediate level, but i think i will break 185 soon.

像陶金一样， 但那一点有用的东西又极其有用。他很多东西也不好好解释，就是要你
相信党。
pttp中只练2set，但他还有一个要点就是 grease the groove,简单说就是高频率，每
天训练2-3次，找到机会就练几下。
PTTP并不一定是最好的program,但他的理念是非常好的。我以前贴过的一个program是
当前最流行program， 原理和PTTP一样。等下我再贴到壶铃那一贴中。你的问题等我有
空再系统回答一下，也会在壶铃那一贴。
voyiger 可能会有更好的input,他读的比较仔细

大学以来一直踢球，所以体质不错，耐力和爆发力都有，主要是下肢的，上肢比较

。经过三个多月的锻炼, bench press 95-130（斜上动作不敢做）， dumb bell bench

20公斤左右，现在体重149磅，脂肪明显下降（可能是跑步，篮球和足球玩得多）。胸

个标准的ATG深蹲？ATG的意思是大腿低于水平线，基本是不负重时能蹲下的最低位置。之所以发这个贴，是因为有人觉得225达到很轻松，并且根据以下标准

225磅仅仅是165磅男性novice的水平。我觉得男性别说165磅，就算你185磅想达到225磅x5的ATG深蹲不付出大量的汗水也绝对达不到。所以能达到的，我都承认是牛人。

fade"有道理. 我自己就有这样的经验, FADE比DRAW要打得远. 我的FADE可击出280至
290码, 而DRAW最多只能打到270码. 我觉得FADE可令我较轻易地把全身的力都灌到球上
. 双手的力相等. 打DRAW, 右臂力要稍大一点.
另外, 界于FADE和SLICE之间的右曲球和界于DRAW和HOOK之间的左曲球完全是可控的.
能打出这两种球对提高成绩很有帮助. 打左曲球和右曲球不仅仅在绕开障碍时有用, 在
弯曲的球道上开球也是效果很好. 可大大提高FAIRWAY HIT RATE 和开球距离.
最近常在一个海边的球场打球. 这球场SLOPE是130, 大约有九个洞的球道从开球后七八
十码就开始弯曲了. 如果打直线球, 打远了就会出球道, 打近了又没距离. 但如果能打
出曲线球, 情况就大不一样了, 可以既有距离, 球又落在球道上. 上个星期四有意打出
了几个左曲球和右曲球, 效果奇佳, 明天我要再试试.

but on sat., voyiger used his GPS, and found out that the course yards is so
much different than the GPS read.
one hole, straight 168 yards with blue flag, GPS read just over 150 to the
middle of green. i was trusting the course measure, over-shot by a mile.
another one, dog-leg-left, course score card 383 yards, GPS read of my tee
shot was around 250, i thought there was 130 yards left, over-shot again.

It may not be very difficult to hit a ball to 150 yards consistantly with a
8 iron at a driving range, but I know from experience, there were only a few
times in a game to let me hit my balls off good lies 150 yeard away from
the greens. I am here to learn how to play golf. |

you almost summarized my last round.
played at boundry oak at walnut creek on labor day.
last time i played with voyiger, 6/7 fairway hit on supposely more difficult
back9. i was saying that course is very easy, and wide open fairways. but
it was not the case on labor day, the fairway is still wide open, but i just
cant find them. tree-hit after tree-hit, one of them i have to punch it out
with hybrid, and play hybrid like a putter.
