去年黑五跳了一个Bella Waffle Make，越来越忍受不了清洗不方便这一点。坚持用到
坏以后，入了这个Cuisinart WAF-300 Belgian Waffle Maker with Pancake Plates
Pros:
- waffle plates可拆卸。这个是我最看重的。拆卸下来清洗非常方便有没有！
- 配一套pancake plate，也可拆卸. 我没用它做过pancake,但是用这个做mini糊塌子
，也可以。说明书上说煎蛋，煎bacon也可以，但没试过。
- 外面是stainless steel, 好看又结实
- 占地小，横着，竖着储藏都可以
- waffle做好后有提示音，不用一直看着
- 做出来的waffle更是不用说，效果非常好
Cons:
- 机器工作时，外壳会比较烫，不小心碰到会烫手
- 价格比较贵。我在BBB买的，用了一个20% off coupon，用discover换来的BBB GC买
的。 |

极度媚外的表现就是认为本民族是垃圾，是劣等民族，所以极端崇洋，靠跟洋人合体来
改变基因。
极度排外的表现之一呢，就是反waif，反对本民族（女性）和外族联姻，理由是维护本
民族血统。
在马克思主义看来，这两个极端就是一个硬币的两面，核心都是认为人种的差异超过了
阶级差异。
在马克思主义看来，人种和民族不是剥削的必然结果和原因。任何人种任何民族都有剥
削和被剥削，压榨和被压榨。阶级差异是导致剥削的根本原因。而宗教，民族，国家，
一切都是制度的体现。所以在共产主义的最终阶段，必然消灭宗教，消灭民族，消灭国
家，全世界的各人种各民族实现平等。
也正是因为中国走上了资本主义的道路，所以中国人内部开始挖地域坑，中国的各种民
族独立势力开始滋生繁衍，开始出现民族对立，因为这些人只是看到了现象，没有看到
这些民族矛盾的核心是阶级矛盾；而到了国外的一些中国人，受了外国人歧视后，也要
么心仪外f，要么是极度反waf，只是看到了人种的差异，而看不到这一切仍然是资本主
义制度导致的阶级差异。
所以说，极端民族主义，无论是极度崇洋，还是极度排外，都是垃圾。 |

闹了大半年，这个I-1000没有被选民批准。这里流水账简单介绍一下前后始末。其中有
个别精确数字等细节懒得查了，不会影响意思表达。
1998年，华盛顿州选民以58%的支持率，通过公投通过了Initiative 200,简称I-200，
禁止在公立学校招生、政府工作招聘、招标中考虑种族、性别、来源国等因素，也就是
完全的 color (及其他) blind。时任州长骆家辉努力阻止未成。目前美国有8个州立法
禁止Affirmative Action，华盛顿是其中之一。
之后，AA的支持者经过多次努力试图推翻I-200不表。2018年底，前州议员Jesse
Wineberry与骆家辉以及另两位前州长等民主党老政要联合推出I-1000，走的是

jupit,momo搞鬼搞怪，胡乱加滤镜，任意的resize,搞的市场很混乱,后来纷纷销声匿迹
现在国内拿原盘压的超高码率的dvd算是比较有创意的东西，在蓝光盘加个下来之前真
是不二选择 |

1) Good mic amplifiers (and how many you need)
2) Good reverb effects (quality counts, find the processor info)
3) Good built-in compressor
4) Maybe pitch shift effects
Typical quality ones would come with XLR connectors for mic.
Go to a Guitar Center to take a look first. They are not pretty, and WAF is
way too low :-) |

今天翻出了没开封的两个一氧化碳detectors，07年买的。用不上到costco去退。原来
costco退东西从来是no question asked。今天硬说我的时间太长，没办法resale。我
去和manager理论，毕竟是没开封吗。我说The generous return policy 是costco的
image，don't lose it，or you risk losing customers。manager 和我说这次给退，
下次如果太长不能退。我问多长算长。她说三个月或最多一年吧。我说三个月不是for
electronics吗。她回答she would never return something in her house for 4

我28岁，所以我的最大心率是180-28-5=147
然后我跑步时就应该将心率控制在137-147，而且最好接近147.
然后定期进行WAF的测试，是说在保持147的情况下，看速度的变化。

前两天编译一个叫ardour的软件，用的是一个叫waf的build system。再前两天
搞webrtc，用的是一个叫ninja的系统。反正就是你要用/开发他们的软件，先

You need to have good WAF account to do so often:)
The bite is kind of not consistent. Sometime you wait for 3 hours in cold
night with no action and sometime, you have fish on both lines. I usually
land one or two keeper in 6 hours. I lost two big ones that snapped my line
before I saw them. I learned to keep the lead new, hook sharp and drag
proper. The thing I like this place is that you usually do not end up
catching nothing and you have a chance of catching |
