按照accountant的title, 年薪不够prevailing salary的标准，
美国老板很谨慎，从来也没招过外国人，不愿意调整hours和hourly pay
还有其他办法没？学accounting的还能有其他title可以用么? |

Condition Application (LCA) online with the Department of Labor requires
first that certain employer information is verified with DOL - otherwise the

有让你写rate of pay的详细部分
而且因为I-129表上会有一栏full time position，填yes的话就必须是weekly wage或
yearly salary，填NO才会问你work hours
我个人觉得如果要显得你的pay rate按小时算很高，不如改为part time h-1b
