p&s上写了sold as is, 因为抢房子waive了inspection。住进去发现以前treat过白蚁
，地下室有损伤，梁，被油漆掩盖了。

programs需要手头有现成推荐信立即送给PD，每一个主治都很理解。如果什么都说透了
对方还是不愿给你还不如不要，估计不会给你写太好。试试继续发信打电话追问。有的
人是真的忙，不见得记得，需要不停催。跟对方说明你现在因为没有推荐信无法递交申
请，迫在眉睫，一般对方能理解。另外推荐信应该9月前就都准备好，如果到现在还没
有可能今年申时间太紧了。同时做observeship吧，做两手准备。

They are collecting for an emergency donation effort to China's Red Cross
due to the recent earthquake in Sichuan, China. They didn't have enough
time to apply for non-profit permit so their account is getting charged with
Paypal fees for every transaction.
Would it be possible for Paypal to waive the transaction fees for their
account?

ticket的么？有谁看见了还乱趴的。
15分钟后回来。发现车上居然有一张parking ticket，说我非法趴车，说4点-6点不能
趴车。过来一个黑人哥哥给我解释了这似乎是他们的新规定。我说，这不是smug么?他
大笑着说yes.这时才悔悟：天哪，那个白人女就是等着给我发ticket呢.发给我之后就
溜了。
考虑到自己不过是偶尔去了一趟richmond,哪位xdjm有经验知道有没有可能waive掉这张
ticket 么？ 60$啊！！

Decline，导致保险没有续上。 Geico 没有email 通知，而只是把信寄到家里，室友又
是完全不管事的那种，所以没有通知我。现在DMV把
Registration Suspend，并且总共大概要付近$500的Penalty.
现在想办法跟DMV的人谈，希望Waive一部分，理由主要是下面三点:
1. 我之前信用卡丢失，所以有一段时间卡被关，应该就是这段时间保险Payment被
decline。
2. Geico完全没有Email通知我Payment被Decline的事，导致我完全不知情。
3. 最重要的是，我这几个月不在家，可以用机票证明，车也完全没有开过，一直放在
那里。
不知有没有人有这方面的经验，能够提供一些建议？
如果实在不行，因为打算把车卖了，之后可能会迁离此地，不知有没有逃费的方法？ |

如果再给我一次机会，我还会选择超速。因为飞机要晚了，没办法。真的晚了错过的不

俺想了半天才回忆起来，
有以下奇怪之处：
1.发生过，但在一年多以前(去年一月份)。
2.没有ticket - 当时我地形不熟又在handle孩子，见他要给我ticket，便解释了下，
同意不给了，自然也没有我的任何签字。这连waive都不算吧。
3.是加州某大学的collection service寄来的，不是police或court，有个奇怪的
citation number，但不是交通违章ticket那种。
4.急着要钱，过几天就翻倍
5.连上court申诉的机会都不给。
请过来人说下这是咋回事。
是骗子就不理了。
