发帖数: 2586 | 2 看了一个月的SFR/Town house了，各方面也都看了些 （学区，犯罪率，平均收入）， 几天下来 Reading, Burlington, Wakefield, Waltham 各有一个看中的, 我工作的地方在 Lexington 和 Waltham交界处 （Rt 2旁边），所以Waltham肯定最方便，但是学区比较差，剩下Reading, Burlington, Wakefield的差不多算做中上, 差不多开车20分钟下班。
对我来说学区倒不是很重要，但是毕竟担心将来保值的问题，想问一下版上各
位觉得哪个区容易保值，或者方便将来出租？ 多谢！ |

inning start. Already got two win and you just cannot expect more
from him. Anyway, all Sox players play hard and deserve respect
from baseball fans, Yank players the same.
For Pedro, different people can have very different point of view.

I checked out several houses in Reading several month ago, price-wise they
are about the same as Burlington and Wakefield. School district is above
average, probably the same level as Burlington, Wakefield, Canton, Needham.
It has commuter rail access to North Station, and is surrounded by I-95 and
I-93. If you work in Stoneham, Winchester, Burlington or Woburn this would
be a great choice in terms of commuting, however if you work further down

六月份会到Raleigh 上班。带着老婆孩子。父母马上也要签过来。所以希望能在 north
Raleigh 租个3 bed room的 single family house. 大约要租一年左右. 希望小区环
境好些。不要乱。华人多些最好。探亲老人们可以带孙子的时候聊聊天啥的
另外大娃要学游泳了。小区内最好有游泳池和健身房. 价钱稍微高点还能承受得起
问了问公司的美国同事说 Bedford 和 Wakefield pine 那里都不错。不知道这里有什
么建议。另外 Wakefield 是不是Raleigh 的富人区啊。一堆堆million house. 有适合
我的价位的吗
我个人觉得房租 2500以下还能承受 不知道这个价位能租什么样的房子

据一份带有强烈谴责口吻的报道披露，一男孩被自己的养父和他的同性伴侣性虐待。但
社会工作者为他贴上了“叛逆孩子”标签，并多年来一直忽视他的投诉。他们不顾Andy
Cannon对受虐的抗议把他送回养父母家中，而且表扬收养他的同性恋者是一对“非常
关爱孩子的父母”。
报告指责Wakefield社会服务工作“愚蠢和严重的误判”行为。Andy Cannon曾被错误地
诊断为患有精神病并给他开以安定药物。此外，他觉得若是他的养父不是同性恋的话他
的投诉会早些被听取的。
直到去年，此案为期5年的法律纠纷终于结束了。法院判给Andy 25,000欧元作为赔偿。

First let petro stay in 8th, and Second use wakefield.
Both of them,I point out immediately as bad move.
I didn't only watched many red sox games, but I can tell the sign that petro
is actually tired in the 8th, throwing several wild pitchs. Actually, most
people can tell that, why can't graddy little?
Wakefield is very unpredicable, he can be excellent in one inning, but total
collapse in another.

Wakefield group在Lancet上发表的，属于伪造数据。文章的第一作者后来出来揭露
Andrew Wakefield从来都是只取自己想要的数据， 手下人想全面分析数据都会被压制
。好像09年time上有一篇10来页的长篇报道详细分析这段历史，对这个问题背后各方面
势力的较量，以及事件后来调查的全过程。 |
