(1) 关节灵或称固骨康：英文是Glucosamine Sulfate, 是国内亲友非常喜欢，长期服
用的一种保健品，如果爷爷奶奶感觉全身关节疼，蹲下再起来都费劲，强烈推荐可以试
试这个。在Wal-mart有售，品牌有 Jamieson，Equate，Swiss，，，都不错，有时会打
折，买一送一呢，另外各中西药店都有，加美药厂也有。一般1瓶关节灵的价格是10几
个加币，有300多粒。这个大力推荐一下。听说，多伦多有一个人，在国内是搞医药代
表的，他从这边带关节灵系列的产品回中国，专门卖给国内的一些有钱人，2 瓶卖800
人民币呢，真有经商头脑啊。没办法，国内也是渴求这种保健品，但没有亲戚有心给捎
带，也只有买高价货喽。
(2) 深海鱼油：英文Wild Sockeye Salmon Oil. 牌子比较杂，有的不纯要小心，我推

，所有的步骤都很顺利，刷完Debit，输完密码之后，就吐出一张Receipt，说Debit

穿wal-mart里面的牛仔裤的当然觉得diesel的贵，吃中国城的烂菜叶子，safeway的又
大又没有味道的番茄的当然觉得酸甜有味，成熟的，颜色大小都有规定的organic的欧
洲番茄贵，这种可能连whole foods在哪，haute couture都没听说过的土包子可能觉得
欧洲人和他们一样是在wal-mart里买中国货。
美国的发展模式就是什么都作的又大又便宜，结果吃的南方的肥猪都象lcz她妈一样一
身病，这种身材也就只能穿wal-mart里的牛仔裤，还低腰的肚子里一圈肥肉挤出来的那
种，恶性循环。欧洲人吃的贵点少点，人也健康点，活的长点快乐点，身材好点，穿的
时髦点，贵点，结果有些土包子就看不爽了。 |

时差真是好东西，早起都不用闹钟了。今天除了休息和买东西外就没有安排其它的节目
。这次租了apt，本来就打算好好利用一下。盛传机场附近有个Wal-mart，是大家补充
补给的好地方。
Wal-mart的东西太值了。一套Dry snorkeling26刀，阳伞10刀，大充气浮床10刀，充气
的4刀。如果租的话，光dry snorkeling 就26刀一个星期。阳伞10刀一天，呵呵，还是
咱们中国产品好啊。听从前辈们的建议，我们特地买了dry snorkeling，浪再大管子也
不进水，是我这种菜鸟级游泳的贴身法宝。
美中不足的是Wal-mart没有蔬菜卖，最后是到Kaanapali附近的safeway买的。3刀1磅的
西红柿，5刀一盒的鸡蛋。这是我在美国看到的最贵的grocery store。每样东西都要贵
两倍以上。MR上说这里是“hurt me price”，简直是“kill me price”。后来才发现
Wal-Mart 的街对面就有一个农贸市场，平时也有farmers market。

Wal-Mart于2006年开始，在加国开设超级分店，至今已在安省、阿省、卑诗省及沙省开设这类型分店，现计划今年内会在缅省及魁省开设;这类超级分店可提供更多品种及提高产品数量。
截至到本月，Wal-Mart在加拿大有325 分店，其中 124 是超级分店 supercentres.
美国第二大折扣零售巨擘Target也挥军北上
本月早些时候，美国第二大折扣零售巨擘Target公司顷宣布，斥资约18.5亿美元从加拿大百年零售老店The Bay公司旗下(Hudson’s Bay Co.;HBC)收购约220家Zellers店面，并预计于2013年在加拿大多伦多开设其首家Target卖场做为Target进军加拿大零售市场的第一步行动。
Target表示，该公司计划于2013至2014年于加拿大全国设立100到150家店面，并预计斥资超过10亿加元翻新和装修这些店面，其扩张营运版图之旺盛企图心可见一般。

wal－mart跟他的供货商，我看根本就不是合作伙伴双赢的，根本就是wal－mart把其他
人压迫的要死，自己赚9美元，别人赚50美分。
回头就算收碳关税，最后wal－mart也还是赚9美元，供货商就委屈委屈，赚30美分好了。 |

利和工资都有增长。costco的老总自己讲的不会去请哈佛的mba,不会因为经济萧条而大
规模裁人，反是通过大家都降低工资度过难关。
有些在中国作威作福惯了，拿农民工当猴耍的，对别人的劳动一点不尊重的自然更喜欢
去wal-mart，卖的是中国血汗工厂的超级廉价产品，店员是没有医疗保险的不准组织工
会，一天站10小时但附最低的工资。wal-mart的股价是不断的攀升，但员工的收入10几
年没变过，高管的分红却不断翻升。
wsn/nv们自己在公司里享受着玻璃天花板，埋头苦干却经济危机时被走入，受着哈佛的
mba的剥削却在帮人数钱的，想想你需要的是costco还是wal-mart.

A suspect is believed to be at large after shooting up a Wal-Mart in Duncan,
Oklahoma, about an hour and a half southwest of Oklahoma City, according to
local media reports.
Officers were called in to handle an active shooter situation at the Wal-

发帖数: 3763 | 48 俺们这边，早上9点多钟左右去wal-mart和target逛了逛，发现那些特价的LCD HDTV还
有一大堆摆在货架上面，尤其是那个SONY的牌子的，货架上面堆了好多。还有儿童用的
那个18块钱的小桌椅20块钱的小自行车等等的，还在货架上面堆了老高。
相反，那些什么4块钱的小电器（WAL-MART的，4块钱的小SLOW COOKER, MINI CHOPPER
等）还有TARGET的3块钱的小电器（SLOW COOKER, SADWITCH MAKER等等）却都早已经没
了。
10点半钟去STAPLES店里逛了逛，店里空空荡荡的，所有广告上面特价的物品都还有，
最后买了一个免费的计算器，一个电脑椅，一个DVD，还有两包免费的电池（共40节AA
电池）。
反正，今年感觉要么购物人气不旺，要么商家准备得太充分（上了太多的货）。
俺有一个同学，中午吃饭后去WAL-MART，还买了一个打折的LCD HDTV回来了。
