我要去的Court是Fremont的Traffic Court。查了一下，Fremont有一种Walk-in Court
，说是每天9am开始审理，register begins at 8am， 每天受理40人Walk-in.
我在想如果是Walk-in的话，警察当天肯定来不了啦？ 那岂不是随便一说就能给
dismiss掉了？
请问哪位有这方面经验没啊？我有点糊涂这个事情要怎么操作。。。

房子就快CLOSE了发现房子离FAULT LINE 很近。 房子２１年了， 就一任房主，
INSPECTION没有发现地基问题，墙上也没有裂纹。 我有必要WALK AWAY吗？
如果我现在WALK AWAY的话是不是就亏掉EARNEST MONEY 就行了？ 还会有其他法律上的
后果吗？ 因为已经过了所有的CONTINGENCY， 卖家不会有啥说法吧？
这个FAULT LINE 开发商不承认，所以附近有几家正在告开发商。 房子在HOUSTON 附近
，似乎HOUSTON 有很多FAULT LINE。 |

说还没有，但我可以先walk throught，有问题和陪同的人说，我说那么然后呢？修好后
还有一次？回答说只有这一次。

昨天听圣骑士推荐的法国动画片《雪人》（Snowman）的主题歌《Walking in the Air
》，旋律正是我以前听过的林子祥的《在等一个晚上》。当时是和《花街70号》一起听
的，一个很安静，一个很热闹。因此很喜欢林子祥。

。今天在youtube上发现《雪人》动画片的全版，果然是个忧伤的故事：雪人在夜里带
着小男孩飞向天空，飞到北极见到圣诞老人，得到圣诞礼物；第二天早上小男孩迫不及
待地奔出屋外，发现梦里的雪人已经化了。看得心里很痛。想起相似的国产动画片《雪
孩子》，救小兔子的雪孩子最后也融化升天了。还有一个经典儿童片叫《The Red

一定是狂拽，当然了，我会中间给treat纠正他。
不过他最大的问题是，见到生人生狗，耳朵“竖”着，完全不听我的。就是拿treat搁
他鼻子上吸引他注意力都不行。感觉他爱玩多过爱吃。
昨晚出门遛碰到两只大狗，一只两岁，猎犬类的，一只应该也一岁以上了，好像是
rotti。人家那个稳重那个风度。我们家的小疯子太太太丢人了！rotti主人还说，没事
的，他（rotti）不会伤害他。我心想，我是怕来福这个疯子闹出麻烦来。
来福现在小毛病不少，不如不会heel啦，疯起来不听命令。如果walk的开心了会自己拽
leash跑。就是慢跑也不会跑直线，一定是歪歪扭扭在你前面挡路。还有，见到人回家
啥的开心的就站起来扑上来，所以很担心小孩子来。
不知道啥时候能稳重的walk他呢？见到别人别狗我都开始紧张了。他倒是只是就想玩而
已，可是这么个疯子，我怎么敢呢？
最大就是这两个问题了：扑人和walk的问题。大家说说我该怎么训练？ |

昨天听圣骑士推荐的法国动画片《雪人》（Snowman）的主题歌《Walking in the Air
》，旋律正是我以前听过的林子祥的《在等一个晚上》。当时是和《花街70号》一起听
的，一个很安静，一个很热闹。因此很喜欢林子祥。
《在等一个晚上》——或者说《Walking in the Air》——不仅是安静，还有一种忧伤
。今天在youtube上发现《雪人》动画片的全版，果然是个忧伤的故事：雪人在夜里带
着小男孩飞向天空，飞到北极见到圣诞老人，得到圣诞礼物；第二天早上小男孩迫不及
待地奔出屋外，发现梦里的雪人已经化了。看得心里很痛。想起相似的国产动画片《雪
孩子》，救小兔子的雪孩子最后也融化升天了。还有一个经典儿童片叫《The Red
Balloon》，一片黑白灰的城市里有一只鲜红色的气球，神奇地跟在小男孩的左右，最
后被一群坏孩子围剿，被弹弓射中，鲜红的饱满的孩子的梦想一下子瘪了破灭了，让人
心为之颤。

't find a spot to park my car. So I decide that I will walk along river, too.
