through去看
看： 我们的房子inspector没找到啥毛病（用了agent推荐的inspector...)，所以不需
要final
walk through了。
seller应该是蛮decent的人的感觉，可是心里觉得不最后去看看不大踏实。
大家都要去做final walk through么？

*)basement foundation walls 看到pour concrete 和hollow core block两种材料，
觉得pour concrete的更好，但是这个房子是hollow core block的。
想问问大家，hollow core block的有什么坏处，另外对以后再卖房，房子的value有什
么影响。
*)还有一个walk up basement,不是walk out,是walk up.就是地面上有个门，然后几节
台阶下到地下室，感觉很鸡肋，而且感觉不安全。这个住进去以后会不会有什么麻烦？

seller不能迫使你买，buyer backout一般contract签的时候会选择三种后果的一种：
1. 你放弃deposit，walk away
2. Seller让你赔偿损失，然后法院会让seller继续卖（会写上in good faith to
maximize the sales price，其实是扯淡），然后让你补差价。
3. contract专门有一个walk away条款。。。
或许你的contract允许buyer随时walk away and get deposit moneys back。。。 |

builder了，今天就给我来电话，叫我去walk thought，我说你们的问题修好了吗?对方
说还没有，但我可以先walk thought，有问题和陪同的人说，我说那么然后呢？修好后
还有一次？回答说只有这一次。

发帖数: 13701 | 29 你的agent非常不负责，这厮就想着赶紧close拿commission。你得明白是你在买房，如
果有麻烦，是你的麻烦，而不是他/她的，这agent能说出这样的话来，说明他/她只认
钱，你一定要小心。10分钟怎末可能看完，检查完，况且明显这房子有一些问题。建议
你提前列一个单子，把能想到的都列一下，到时walk through时一个一个过，打个勾或
者叉。
另外很有意思的是，你的closing date居然能改了一次又一次，这银行也太好说话了，
一般情况loan要到close的前一天才能真正拿到，你才能最后知道准确的closing cost。
还有，为什么周四下午或者晚上不能walk through?

，然后再打钱到ESCOW帐号。AGENT说不行，先打钱，然后CLOSE当天或者前一天做FINAL

有特殊情况，每次看到的儿医都不一样。
我最大的concern：
（1）儿医轮流，到底好不好？我自己也不知道。总觉得固定一个人，会熟悉一些。
（2）没有walk in hours只有after hours
walk in-hours是什么意思呢？就是如果孩子发烧感冒有症状，无需appointment就可以
直接在指定时间去，这样必定可以看到医生，比去urgent care或者Emergency省钱，也
省精力。
after hours是每天五点之后，算是urgent care，这样copay是75刀，比正常的PCP
copay 20刀要贵多了哦。
我家老大之前一直有walk in hours我以为这是标配，没想到不同儿医规则变化这么大
。好繁琐啊。
可是考虑location问题，不可能把二宝儿医选择在公司附近，否则看完儿医，还得开车
回家，看医生要浪费好多时间啊。 |

发现做啥东西都得趁热打铁，这不上次那次实验及这次要写的都过了一个多月了，我就
是懒得动笔。今天又做了一实验：magnetic force。趁着新鲜劲，我还是再写一篇吧，
否则就不知道猴年马月了。再加上好象也没啥人气。懒人的借口不会少，哈哈。。。。
。。。ANYWAY，都说好了，就再写写吧，就当攒RP或者给自己和娃留个记录好了。
实验前一天，娃看了一本叫“Leaves! Leaves! Leaves!”的书。娃先看了一次，我陪
着又看了两次。这是一本用fiction的形式解释science的书，非常浅显易懂。说的是
MAMA BEAR和BUDDY BEAR一年中的每个季节都TAKE A LEAF WALK。随着季节的变更

我和老婆比预约时间早了两天去walk-in，因为正好周一休息，不想等到周三请假了。
去之前心想就早了两天去因该放进去吧。特意等到下午两点半了去，到了之后大厅无人
，一个老头保安看了条子说来早了，就去请示里面一个粗壮老黑，我一开始以为老黑是
头目，后来发现还有一大头目。我在门口观察到老黑看了条子就和保安说不行，不是约
得今天。看保安人还算和善，我说我来和老黑说说，然后老黑不耐烦的走过来，我说我
周三确实走不开，有会议，不然也不会就提前两天跑来。死说活说都不行。让我们后天
来，如果来不了就之后的每周三walkin.老黑说现在很多人不守规矩walkin,严重扰乱他
们工作，我悄悄四下打量，妈的，可是现在一个人都没有啊。怎么就扰乱工作了。看来
是撞在整风肃纪的枪口上了。后来来了个打指纹的，我们就到旁边坐着等，打算死磕。

定提前WALK-IN试试看,在5月11日,因担心门卫不让进,我们就预约了一个INFORPASS,想
和INFORPASS的人说明情况请求他们给ORDER一个FP. 结果那个INFORPASS的女人非常
MEAN,不但说什么都不给提前打,还出言不逊.不过她倒是给提供了一个信息,就是每个星
期三上午可以WALK-IN去打FP,不过前提是WALK-IN的时间必须是你本来预约时间之后.
回来后很生气,想来想去决定第二天再去一次,直接去FP部门,不再去INFORPASS了. 在5
月12日(正好是星期三),我们又去了,进门后热情和门卫打招呼,被问来作甚么,答想作FP
,被要了FP NOTICE, 然后说你们来早了,于是赶紧解释我们有事情要出国,不能在预约当
天来打FP, 机票都定好了,于是门卫放行. 到了FP那里,被要走了FP NOTICE, 也被告知
你们来早了,不能打,又赶紧解释原因,他们最后说那你把机票拿来看看吧,于是将机票递
上,他们终于点头说可以打.

places don't allow walk-in. It's not caused by me though.
Also, just for my case, my hubby did his FP with me, and his notice was
later than mine. I don't think that we caused anyone any harm, and the clerks
were very nice to us. When we went in, it was very empty in the waiting room

told to come again in the afternoon after they were done with other

I think that I got one form for both 485 and 765, but it shouldn't hurt to
have two forms, one for each.
This is a very valid reason to walk-in. You should give it a try.

Is TSC near Houston? I can't remember now. Well, I remember that crazydog
used to try walk-in, and his home was very close to TSC, but he was pushed

我是中午1点walk-in的，人很少，拿着你的信给办事的人。填张表等着照相打指纹就好。
办事人基本没有废话，他不关心你是不是早到，的确没有什么人，没有理由让你回去等
时间。不要提前打电话预约，不然就不叫walk-in了。 |

还没有收到EAD和AP的通知
由于打指纹的日期与我要参加的一个在中国的国际会议日期冲突，决定试试walk-in。
根据版上经验，我和我老婆开车下午三点到ASC，那里有meter，比较容易找车位。大厅
一个人也没有，也没有让存包啥的，我手机卡啥的都放身上了。
带上了FP notice和ID，进去先把notice和driver licence递给大妈说我们是来打指纹
的，先问了我们ID有没有带护照，我们说没有，好像也没有啥事，大妈一眼就看出我的
日期是十几天以后，问我为啥今天提前来了，我说我在10/26那天要在中国参加一个国
际会议，同时把我打印的会议邀请信和确认信递给她了， 给她指了指会议日期和地点
，她过去找了一个管事的老头过来处理我的case，老头问了问我的情况，问我老婆是不
是和我一起travel，我说是，他也没说啥就同意让我们打指纹了。问了问有没有收到
EAD卡，我说没有，然后给了我们一人一张表填
整个过程从进去到出来不到15分钟，有几个手指都是按了好几遍才通过，希望没有啥问

个asc walk-in过的朋友给点建议，比如用什么借口walk in，什么时间段不会被直接赶
出来之类的。

发帖数: 2831 | 50 今天从NSC辖区横跨一千迈到TSC辖区WALKIN打完了指纹，长出一口气，终于可以时刻准
备着绿了。
Timeline (NSC):
2/7: 485 RD
3/2: EAD/AP Approval Date
3/6: FP Notice Date
3/12: FP Walk-In Date
3/28: FP Scheduled Date for me and LD
4/2: FP Scheduled Date for my kid
情况是这样:
我是主申请人，在明州，属NSC。LD和孩子是副申请人，在宾州，属TSC。交485的时候
为了避免自找RFE婚姻或者住址这种不必要的麻烦，我都写的是明州的地址，所以三张
FP通知寄到的时候都是给约的明州的USCIS中心。时间分别是3月28号，和4月2号。
NSC真是慢啊。FP Notice都苦等了我足足一个月。我们早就做好Walk-In的准备了。二
话不说，收到FP通知，马上给公司请假，订机票回宾州，不然LD和两个孩子过来明州打
趟指纹得花三张机票钱。
宾州的USCIS中心在宾州中部的一个小镇。 据说工作人员比较NICE。大农村嘛，民风淳
