学区是walnut最好，其次是属于walnut的钻石吧部分？初中高中都差不多不是9分就是
10分
但是问题那个walnut小学好像是这walnut unified里面评分最差，才8分，另外
westhoff有10分，其他的一般9分。小学重要么？还是这个8分也可以了？
抛开学区，好像从交通和华人生活，属于walnut的钻石吧部分最方便，能坐火车也能搭
汽车去downtown，离二岗的华人社区比walnut更近点点 |

的可以读walnut high，如果是diamond bar，那个属于diamond bar high
walnut学区包含了walnut和diamond bar这两个city；但是walnut city有一部分属于
rowland height学区，diamond bar有一部分属于pomona学区，这两个学区都不怎么样

类的。 所以， 要想在walnut 上学， 必须买walnut walnut 的房子。 这种房子一般
都是50万以上了。 而且， walnut 中心地区基本买不到什么condo。 动不动来个2万尺
地的。 这些都要冲着70万以上了。
Arcadia 的学区这个2年高中分数不是很高。 temple city 倒是飞跃的很快。 基本和
Arcadia high 差不多的水平了。 而且还在上升。 Arcadia 的最大问题是有钱的实在
太多。 都是中国人的孩子， 什么都挤。 Condo 稍微好点的， 也不止40万。 很多
PUD， 动不动就60多万， 70多万。
其他地区本人不熟悉。

所有quote的价格都很tricky，如果要0 apr 就不能有1500的cash back,所有基本上所
有价格都给往上加1500。
用truecar在walnut creek弄了个27,520的certificate (别忘了要 + 1500)，但是电话
谈一分钱都讲不下来。 在fremont也一样，价格讲不下来,甚至不能match walnut
creek的true car 价格，给的价格比walnut creek还贵500。
hayward beat了这个价格，就去了hayward。虽然walnut creek税低，毕竟walnut
creek 有点远。
价格都是email和电话谈的，去店里很顺利。最后finance manager自降了100块，以基
本不变的价格加了个precision care,包三年的车灯，刹车，雨刷，电池什么的。所以
最后可以算是28,500 + ttl吧,有cross bar和wheel lock。 |

。 价格差的比较大。
temple 本身的学校在去年的时候， 成绩非常好。 比Arcadia的入大学成绩好。 到目
前为止， temple 不收小留学生。 而Arcadia收。 而且Arcadia孩子贫富差距很大。
我不知道是对孩子好还是不好。Arcadia 还有很多很多的出租房， appt。 住的人比较
杂。 我观察Arcadia 的学校成绩3年， 觉得就退， 不进。 但是temple 就升的比较快
。 当然， 我这么说不是说Arcadia不好哈， 我家学区是Arcadia的。只是目前在纠结
要不要想办法进temple。
东区。 Walnut 学区很好。 但是Walnut也是很小。 就中心地带是属于Walnut学区的。
很多靠60的地方， 就直接属于RH的学区了。 如果是RH学区， 还正好是RH最差的高中
---Nogales。 不是RH high。 所以房子要买， 就要买在Walnut里面。 但是， 因为地

车场.另外Walnut Creek和Lafayette也是好区,治安没问题.
ORINDA/MORAGA/LAFAYETTA/WALNUT CREEK/ ALAMO/DANVILLE基本是以白人为主的好社区
,学校也好.这几年因为SF工作机会的增加, 华人/亚洲人也有所增加( WALNUT CREEK应
该是更多元化些),Walnut Creek的部分地区稍差些.
摩托车好像可以走BAY BRIDGE的CARPOOL道, 而且加州容许摩托车在车道间穿行(这2点
需要确认),如果不考虑安全因素,肯定快很多. |
