among politicians in current DC. All are agents of special interests, swayed
by hordes of locust lobbyists. They are the parties of Unions (you named it
, teacher unions, united auto union, AFO-CIO) or big businesses (walstreet
greedies, oil, gas, defense, insurance giants). But people still have power
to vote. Change is still possible. |

国会的话就不用去浪费时间了。第一是极端困难，第二是没有必要。类似的各种评估报
告已经汗牛充栋，参院的改革方案也是现成的，但众院就是卡着不表决。总统推不动，
重量级议员推不动，脸书的Zuckerberg带了一大群科技公司的大佬代表的Walstreet和
广大中小企业主农场主代表的Main Street去都推不动，一个小小的NIU更没啥用处了。
比较现实也比较有效的方法还是推行政执行这块，老中EB23排期长并不一定要新立法新
EO才能解决，执行过程中高抬贵手一把，就能带来一两年两三年的跃进。 |
