千丈，真觉得，我和david，虽然同为top 1学校的，但天壤之别，根本没有可比性，一

验取消lunch special。
扯点别的：
lunch special的原本意义是给上班族提供一个人一顿饭吃饱吃完的工作餐，没有left
over，不用打包带回公司，替代每天从家里带盒饭的inconvenience。lunch special的
量少于dinner portion，价格也低于dinner price，但是price per unit是高于dinner
的。但假设餐馆没有lunch special，那么很多上班族会选择自带盒饭，餐馆没有钱赚
，为了填补这个deadweight loss，餐馆牺牲更高的overhead cost去produce at a
lower profit margin，顾客牺牲product per dollar spent来省去带盒饭的
inconvenience，但这样至少可以让餐馆有一些钱赚，对于需要lunch special的人来说
，这对顾客和餐馆是双赢的，但是对于不需要的人来说，这是双输的。但很多客人其实

if it is equal or you r none, bid 2c and shutup after that is not a big deal.
but, with Vul to none, that will give Pd a sense that he has strength.
2) 3s, huge overbid. since 2c is forcing, 3s is like I wanna get a game, you

3) 4H, the reason is simple, it is more over bid than 3s.
since if he is invitationally hand and double M, he could simply X the 3c.
Now, he is afraid of the result and wanna to run.

这样，WN的LAST MINUTE一般贵，RT=ONEWAY+ONEWAY自然就在价格上很有吸引力了。
现在，就象荣总说的，这两个已经被其他公司学去了，所以自然在这样的价格上，WN就
没有特别的优势了。其实，WN即使位子没有卖完的话，到14天价格全部变WANNA GET
AWAY的最高价；7天开始就完全没有WANNA GET AWAY的价格了。
相反其他公司，现在反而愿意给LAST MINUTE的便宜票了，哪怕还有2、3天，只要FARE
CLASS没有卖完，依然肯卖便宜的。
所以7天甚至14天以内的价格，很可能现在是WN比其他公司贵。 |

于是我选了。cancel后收到信说REFUND ON 06/28/09 TO Mastercard。那是真的refund
了吗？会不会再charge我。 因为要赶紧再重新买，不想付两次钱。不知道有没有人有

其实很多年以前读了mengxu的那篇here i am, half dome的帖子，我就一直对yosemite
向往不已。而这次出去玩，yosemite和sf也是唯一2个我留出了2天时间的地方。这次本
来也想去hike half dome, 但后来做了一些research, 发现还要抽签，而且我也不知道
到了yosemite我的身体状况怎么样，所以最后还是决定算了吧。总的来说，我还是蛮喜
欢yosemite的，不过瀑布这东西，看多了也就这么回事，无非是有些大些，有些高些，
有些矮些...看多了多少有些审美疲劳，而且有之前去过niagara falls的经历，并不觉
得yosemite的那些瀑布真的太让我惊叹不已。同学们，listen to me, 要想在北美看瀑
布，nf is the place to go. 从某种程度上讲，我甚至觉得quebec city的那个
montmorency falls都不比yosemite的那些waterfalls要差多少。
