Palm在mobile device上面一堆patents，MS也有乱七八糟的一堆。Software patent基
本就是joke，就是用来相互要挟的。
所有电脑上的鼠标cursor在屏幕上的显示方法也是一个patent，忘了是谁的了，只是太

-Visit your nearest liquor store not only ask if they have boxes in the back
but what is their newest wine! :)
-Home Depot, Toys R Us, Sears etc. Refrigerator & other hardware boxes are
my faves
-Grocery Stores always have boxes on hand but always check before bringing
home. Most have a lot of wear & tear.

先写个纽约租房子的简易版心得：
1.首先要想明白，租房的需要。单身汗还是家有父母小孩，空间大小，neightbourhood
需求是完全不同的。然后上班的远近？交通的方便安全？etc。
2.先在网上看好几个地方。也可以找broker（收费15% 1 year rental或者一个月房租
），事先与他交流，一来二去的邮件，他能更明白你想要的。broker是地头蛇，他带你

3.向总住院当面询问租住房信息。人家很忙，邮件是不回的，趁去医院的时候，逮着机
