1) touch screen 出来太晚了。人家iphone3都出来了，nokia才出第一款touch screen
的手机，用户需要什么，nokia从来都不care, 丫总是认为没了nokia你们就打不了手机
了。
2）symbian操作系统的bug实在太多了。随便举几个，symbian的手机经常电话来了不响
铃，电话来了一按接收就死机，基本上凡是用symbian的手机都有这样的问题，从Sony
，三爽到nokia都不例外。
3）从来不听用户的complain。当年nokia出了个错误的N95的software update，这个
update把无数人的wifi给kill了，这个update出了2天就withdraw，但那些wifi失效的
手机呢？nokia给修么？广大用户等了1年多，这一年多时间内nokia都干了啥？可以说

移民律师界David是非常权威了。公司的HR说几十年和David合作的经验来看，各种和移
民有关的事情没有100%正确的情况下，David从来不会乱说或者打擦边球。很多事情比
如有一丁点可能fail的，David都不让自己的客户去试。看来这次真的是100%可以这么
做他才敢公布出来。

先驱报的房产网站，最大的，多是洋人中介的房子，房子多，选择性大，我租房一向都
是在这个站上找。
注意search 项要选第三个：Flats Houses to let.
一些租房常用简写词的意思：
furn: 有家俱
unfurn: 无家俱， 若写furn/unfurn是说有多套房出租，有带家俱的也有不带的。
white ware: 有洗衣机和冰箱
OSP: Off Street Parking, 路边泊车位（没有车库）
lockup gge: 带锁车库
bedsitting room: 有床的起居室，不独立的那种。
离city近的有: Epsom, MT Eden, New Market, Parnel, Ponsonby, Henny Bay,
Remuera， 这几个区比较常见有房出租。其中Parnel 和 Hernny Bay房子较少，且贵。
New Market房源少，Remuera稍偏一些。Mt Eden和Epsom应是 |
