没有装，43/35超速。老大爷好像是个社区警察（警车上写的是社区名字），给了一个
类似于postcard的warning，上面写着让我装上车前牌照之后，找一个law enforcement
officer签字，再寄出postcard。。
我车前面挂牌照的地方没有洞可以装牌照，自己打的话又没有工具。有谁知道，这样的
warning postcard可以不理了？当时警察大爷拿了我的驾照在警车里捣鼓了半天，要是
留下了什么记录就惨了。。
另外，是不是交规必须要求每辆车必须挂前后两个牌照？我只有一个牌照的车开了好几
年了，好像以前都没事啊。。 |

但是还是觉得很冤，1是他说是work zone所以限速55. 我没有看到任何Work zone的标
志。放走之后留意看看也没看到。2是当时路上主流车速都这么快。早高峰密度特别大
。真要开55不仅是给大家添堵而且必然有车躲不及被追尾啊。
听说warning 保险公司能看到。而且以后被pull之后得罚单几率大大增加？我是在md被
开的，其他州也能看到么？这个纪录会跟我多久？经常看到有人在法庭上说10年清白驾
驶记录。。是不是刻意查一辈子都能查到？
各种不甘心。有什么途径能argue掉么？宁可缴钱不想留记录。唉。 |

回枪架，之前口头提醒过一次，会被bench上的脏东西污染插tip的地方，可能污染检测
样品（病人血样PCR），今天直接通过HR直接给了First and Final warning，并口头说
试用期结束前要再讨论这个问题。Letter里说再被看到一次就直接开除（Fire not

律师说这个对我法律上几乎没有任何影响，除非下次我在当地警局管辖的范围在发生类

件。但看我对这个warning也非常谨慎，他估计我不会再犯傻了。
我说我觉得就是被歧视了，他们看我是个亚洲人，还是个女的，律师说也确实可能有
discrimination存在，说有时避免不了这些urgly的事，又不得不自己吞下这口气。
他说要看我本人对此事怎么想，这的确是个不公正的对待，如果想go further也肯定没
问题，
官司肯定能打的赢，但光给他看看材料就 得花300-400刀，还要花几个月的时间上庭。
只是基
于成本和时间的考虑，是否值得自己衡量了。
律师说下次遇到这种情况，我有权利告诉警察我不懂，我需要翻译和律师。然后走开。
即使警察逼我签。

这个其实是他自己经常这样说他自己，开会的时候都说过。
结果周四他就给了我employee counseling form—insubordination & violation of
company rules. Written Warning--- counseling action taken: written Warning
我很吃惊，从来没有遇到过，也不知道还有这事。后来跟VP—老板女儿谈过，跟她说我
怕被解雇，那还不如我自己辞职了。VP说不会因为这个被解雇，说一半都是三次警告还
不改正就会考虑termination了。她让过回家仔细想想，说我可以写自己的comments，
可以选择agree or disagree.
