近些日子发生了几起较为有影响的案件,如OSU陈同学因通宵学习被校警逮捕事件，以及
纽约华人老人被警察暴力执法事件。也进一步凸显了华人对美国警察系统的不熟悉所带
来的冲突，因此这里应北美留学生日报的邀请编辑总结一下美国警察的角色，所拥有的
权力以及如何在日常应对美国警察的盘问。

(1) the warrant must be filed in good faith by a law enforcement officer;
(2) the warrant must be based on reliable information showing probable cause
to search;
(3) the warrant must be issued by a neutral and detached magistrate; and
(4) the warrant must state specifically the place to be searched and the
items to be seized.

至读不懂dalelaw和tnt3同学的贴子, 感到自己很可耻......决心向这两位同学好好学习，
把权证概念彻底搞明白。
习惯了美股Option的概念，读起权证Warrant非常别扭，所以从Option的角度比较一下
两者交易的几个主要差别：
1. 概念上说： A股的Warrant基本上可以理解成“欧式LEAP”或“百慕大式LEAP"（这
个是千户教唆的），通常是半年/一年以上，是权利而非义务，在指定日期内方可行权
；
2. 对于Option Buyer来说： Warrent最大的差别在于没有固定合约，你不可以象
Option一样只看名字就知道它的Expiration与Strike Sprice以及份数； 到期收到的不
一定是股票，也可能是现金，完全以各个约定为准。 因此，必须详细了解Warrant的细
节才能决定买卖；
3. 对于Option Seller来说： 散户不可以写Warrant，都是由相关企业或券商机构
Write Warrant；
4. 担保方： Option都是由OCC承保的，是Tra |

“窝轮”。在证券市场上，Warrant是指一种具有到期日及行使价或其它执行条件的金

按照美国股票交易所的定义，期权(Option)是约定的一种在指定时间或指定时间内

complaint noise and want to enter the home, I can refuse because he doesn't
have warrant. If he force enter and find drug, that can't be evidence to
convict me. But if he himself heard or saw sth suspicious in my house, he
