首先声明一下，本人和大多数普通人一样，就是典型的实用主义者，不管啥事什么管用
就用什么，没有能力也没有兴趣介入中西医之争一类那么高深的话题。今天只是讲讲自
己最近的一点体验。

中医的中药从小就没少喝，但是针灸只是听说过却从来没有体会过，直到半年以前。
事情是从我媳妇开始的，她的腰一直不太好，小的时候练跳舞时扭过，年轻时不当回事
却不知不觉中留下了老伤。我媳妇是工科生，后来参加工作在航天系统的研究所。那个
鬼地方怎么说呢，叫“拿着女人当男人用，拿着男人当牲口用”。有一年在葫芦岛做舰
空导弹的试验，我媳妇在军舰上搬仪器，过力了引发老伤后来躺了半个月。自那以后很
小心，十多年都没有再犯。
大概半年以前，有一天在家里临出门把钱包掉在地上，媳妇弯腰去拾，那一下一个寸劲
儿就把腰又扭了。当时就动不了了，正好赶上是个假期医院诊所都不开门，很麻烦。这
时突然想起认识的一个中医大姐，是我媳妇小时候航天大院里家里的邻居，北京中医学

好，和自己估计的成绩240 +/- 5基本一致。万分感谢我的家人的理解和支持，十分感
谢曾经一起学习的战友们和校友们的鼓励和帮助，感谢麦地版的前辈们的考经和经验介
绍。曾经许诺一旦成绩上了230，就写一篇考经，下面就把我的备考经历和一点心得体

我的考试情况大概如下：10道左右多选题，最后两题是内外科，宗教类两道，精神科
borderline disorder临床表现一题，出现的药物有10个以上，包括中药st.wart副作用
，infect control应引起重视。诊断性检查有2-3个。
Saunders Review非常好，应看透，边角部分要重视。
最后，祝姐妹们都能如愿以偿！ |

发帖数: 200 | 21 想问问IM的前辈你们看Peds病人吗？从方便病人的角度讲，似乎很多诊所倾向于来者不
拒，所有年龄都看。现在看有些招工广告说，如果是IM要有儿科经验的，因为他们所有
年龄的病人都有.
我是内科毕业的，住院医期间危重病人看了不少，但是小孩还真是没有看过，以为IM专
业的就不应该看小孩呢。
我不知道是不是这样会有liability问题？还是应该开阔一些自己的业务面，也看看小
孩，就像内科的毕业也做一些小的门诊suture，切个小wart，或者steroids injection
之类的？在国内是毕业了还有上级医生的，但是这里毕业了大家就自己为自己负责了吧。
所以，作为内科训练出来的，我们是否应该touch小孩病人？年龄界限在哪里？12岁以
上？16岁以上？请前辈们各抒己见，不吝赐教。 |
