人已经搬到外州了，两个朋友帮我照看房子。 这个townhouse住着还是很舒服的，实在
是很省心。
搬到了外州还是很想念， townhouse 是co-op类型的，两层
1楼 kitchen，living room, dining room 和一个放washier and dryer的，
2楼 3 bedrooms和一个 bathroom
每月交$398管理费（热水，暖气，垃圾和下水道维修外加外面的yard管理，扫雪等)，
在美国这么多地方，就这个地方是最爽的。
相当于花$400住3室，而且还管大部分utility, 自己只需付(电费，网络，电视）。
如果是打算在pittsburgh呆2年，住这里比住apartment合算太多了，条件也好太多了。
这个房子位置很好，下面有backyard的view 房里有一个treadmill,我以前早上起来跑20分钟，洗澡再上班
另外有个很好的实木书桌，原价1400，
这两个重家伙不搬了，留给新的owner，洗衣机和烘干机也留给新的owner了

所以重新发一次广告
townhouse 是co-op类型的，两层
1楼 kitchen，living room, dining room 和一个放washier and dryer的，
2楼 3 bedrooms和一个 bathroom
每月交$398管理费（热水，暖气，垃圾和下水道维修外加外面的yard管理，扫雪等)，
如果是打算在pittsburgh呆2年，住这里比住apartment合算太多了，条件也好太多了。
这个房子位置很好，下面有backyard的view,背后就是草坪
夏天我种菜，收成也不错，日照好
living room 里有一个treadmill,我以前早上起来跑20分钟，洗澡再上班
书房里有个很好的实木书桌，这两个重家伙不搬了，留给新的owner，
洗衣机和烘干机也留给新的owner了
