1. Currently, Can I file EAD renewal 120 days before the expiration date?
2. I live in Washongton State, where should I paper file EAD renewal? I read
the new I-765 instructions, not sure if I should file to Chicago lockbok or
to Phoenix.

在downtown上班，求推荐合适的房子，越近越好，最好不要超过20分钟commute（考虑
堵车的情况）。家有一娃3岁多，兼求推荐附近的daycare center/pre-school。
在网上查到几个比较近的小区，不知道那附近治安什么的好不好，有点贵。。。
这两个在downtown 附近
1. Washongton plaza apartment.
2. Crawford square apartment.
还有一个在匹大附近：
Oak hill apartments
