，好像在美国的startup圈子里挺有名的):

我看到的一些要点是:
--founders要在公司至少工作了3年以上了
--公司应该有显著的业绩。比如说有了几个million的revenue.
--这笔钱应该是给founder用来养家糊口的，而不是奢侈的。比如说28-35岁的founder,
在加州可以拿到50w到1.5 million。
--Founder要继续在公司作为关键员工, 因为公司不是福利院, 所以，cash out的钱是
给founder的激励措施
我的心得: 看到这些条件，我觉得还是和founder的业绩和对公司的贡献有太大的关系
了。你贡献大的话，倾国倾城的也由你挑的，否则，你拿一点点钱，VC都会卡的很严很
严的。
这种wishy-washy的startup equity, 没有什么统一的标准估值的，忘掉吧。如果你做

另外就是和手下玩藏猫猫，好像他技术多么精通，藏啊掖啊，还以为自己是工程师，怕
被别人学了他的手艺.
方法就是用 email, ask all questions, advises and instructions by email.
Email immediately to confirm all instructions if they come as oral at first
time.
They will do same wishy-washy for sure, but at least you have email
documented.

前面那人说的那个区，其实已经不是奥斯汀啦，虽然round rock学区也不错，但是就那
个房子所在的地方，在round rock学区里面都算不上最好，高中应该是round rock
high吧，和McNeil差不多烂，全国排名不知道是500多还是600多，反正一定是400靠后
。西北的spicewood 78750，78759的一部分也同属round rock学区，但那边的学校比
78681这个区好多了，westwood high好歹也在100名之内呢。奥斯汀南部78749那边虽然
高中一般，但是可以去上LBJ啊，那也是排名100以内的好高中。
光小学好没用阿，78681和78717这两个区里面的小学都不错，great oak 和 brushy
creek没有一个比Fern bluff 差的。但中学cedar valley 和后面新开的那个叫washy？
？什么的（不记得是不是这么拼了）还是比canyon vista差一截， 更不要说高中了，
除了westwood， 一所比一所烂。

半了，还是摸不着头脑；午餐时间读的《The unwinding: an inner history of the
new America》读了都快一年了，终于剩下几十页。加上之前买房卖房折腾得心力交瘁
，压力大得都没心情读书，荒废了很久。看来，读闲书也是需要心境的啊。
听npr fresh air的book review，推荐一本 by Patricia Park，
听上去是个与移民有关的故事，加上还有romance，想着也该轻松一下，就找来看了。
easy reading，四五天的空闲时间就看完了。读epilogue, 才发现原来作者以前是哈金在
boston university的研究生，这个世界还真是小啊。也难怪里面对移民文化冲突的处理
有点哈金的影子，只是深刻性还是不够。毕竟作者是第二代的韩裔年青人，从小在纽约
长大，英语是母语，置身在美国的通俗文化中，更是个局内人。而哈金（包括我们这代
留学生）真是所谓的caught in between。我也常常觉得很多的西方通俗文化... 阅读全帖 |

还有有关漆的刷法（有人相信layer does matter）， Cremonens 附近的城市木材都有
虫蛀的问题， 但Cremonens却很少有这个问题， wood preserve 可能让木材的质地改
变， 既防虫且让声音更独特， 风干是一个必备条件， 好比你看到了白嫩的美女， 她
们必备的是一定上lotion， 那有些人还有其他独特的秘方， 使得她看起来像小baby的
皮肤一样好， 她不会跟你说， 你只有跟她生活在一起， 像工匠和学徒一样， 你才能
从她日常生活当中学到了最重要的部分。。。。。。。。

在墨西哥生产的。低端货，也难怪。
washy，我看琴弦都锈掉了（我们这靠海，琴挂在外面估计有些日子）。这对音色影响
很大吗？
我打算投入500左右，有什么好的琴可以推荐一下？ 我弹吉他都是10几年前在国内的事
。当时只知道什么雅马哈之类的。 |

化的时候常见的问题？
再说温湿度变化在短时间内剧烈变化，首先，我们并没有一点点虐待琴，不存在骤冷骤
热，骤湿骤干的情况。其次，家里还有两把木吉他，我的5，6年，孩子的3年了，好好
的。再次，大提琴从老师帮助setting后天天都在拉，不存在绷弦后长期闲置的问题。
最后，因为温湿度导致的变形是perment的，您老解释下那把大提琴松弦后一个小时内
，裂缝变形统统不见的问题。 |

我在这里提醒LZ，可靠商家（卖货）的保险，如果不贵，还是挺值得买的。比厂家（制
作方）的要可靠。
然后说了我自己的经历。washy上来莫名其妙说我们裂在面板，我想不出来除了暴力毁
坏，面板怎么会裂。
后面的回帖一副神闲气静的样子——由温湿度变化导致的裂，变形厂家不保险。再次臆
测是我们保养不善。
他要是好意就应该科普下怎么保养琴是不？
至于器材组大牛，我还真没印象，我只记得frnkgg。 |
