是这样的：

replacements in the near future. Monitor for deterioration and/or leakage
and repair as necessary.
问了几个朋友说很多老房子都是这样的，不用太担心，以后堵了找人捅就行。如果要换

如果卖方说don't waste your time，意思其实很明白了就是没戏。不然肯定委婉地留
有余地地说目前有一个offer了，要和卖家商量才做决定。至于到底是开价问题还是卖
房代理对另外的offer有所保留，那就不清楚了。例如卖方代理看你不顺眼，你出家还
低，那你也没戏。其实1万差价的手续费对每个代理只有300，根本不值得为此一搏。 |

service了，刚跟waste manager客服联系说断掉服务，收到email confirmation，说会
有一个$40的cancellation fee + tax，请问这正常吗？

Forgot the exact location. paid 50c each to dispose it.
once i went to a recycle facility and it was closed on sunday. then i went
to a homedepot next door to have a try and get rejected. I had to bring them
back home. So pissed off.
kind of dispose microwave ovens. you have to pay to dispose them.

我家厨房里有两个并排的水槽, 其中一个有打碎机
两边下水管是通的, 而且接点是在防臭的弯曲段上面
现在的问题是, 一用打碎机,很多打碎的残渣会从旁边那个喷上来,
很恶心. 每次用后都要再清洗一遍旁边的水槽
原来在公寓房好象也有这样的问题, 但是现在房子严重多了
请问大家有什么解决办法么?
P.S.
我在网上查了一下, 说装打碎机下面管道连接要用个叫
Baffle Tee 的 T-接口.
狗了一下不太明白是个什么东西.
这里有知道的么?
