背景：
2014年8月新造入住的Townhouse，LZ是1st owner，房子4b4b，一共3层。
前天没有任何征兆和人为原因的情况下三楼master bedroom的water sprinkle突然爆裂
，大量水从三楼流到一楼。当时LZ在下班路上，家里只有来探亲的母亲一人，在邻居帮
助下关闭水阀等开关也无法停止水。严重程度相当于房子里在流瀑布，2楼客厅积水达
到5-6cm深，直接从阳台倾泻而下。最后911消防员来了以后也一筹莫展，整个水流了大
约一个小时才最后停止。所有房间地毯、地板，大量墙壁、天花板全部被水泡，同时也
有大量的财物损失。
这是我们我们整个小区最近一年内发生的第三起同样的由于water sprinkle爆裂造成的
事件。因为是新造的小区，builder的water sprinkle的warrenty为5年。了解到之前两
家受损失的人家全部由builder负责所有restoration和reconstruction以及期间所有的

仪器维护的也觉得agilent好很多。
Agilent allows user much more control on instrument configuration and
operation. And much easier to repair it yourself. However, Water's software
is much better for data processing/storage. For routine GMP work, use
agilent HPLC with water's software. Agilent software is more user friendly.
For non-GMP research work, use agilent HPLC and agilent software.

purchased one in March for over $20 and tried to use it today and the POC
somehow has the spray power of a gnat! Was looking to return it when found
this 'great price'. My 'regular' hose works well. Wondering if internal
valves or mechanism is defective. Hopefully others have better luck with it!

I used about 20% normal water in the coolant. hehe. didn't get
distilled water beforehand. another thing, the deposit in my
cooling system is already there. :(
so it doesn't hurt too much in my case. won't be any worse. :p |

白人车主，在附近社区大学教书的。车子很干净看起来不错，开着也稳当安静。
他出示换timing-belt的收据，在Virginia的toyota dealer做的。timing-belt 加
drive belt才220刀！！！换次机油机滤才35刀！！！
我的equinox换一次也得45呀。。。
不过收据上没有换water pump。原来听说换timing-belt都要换water pump的呢。
那这个车的water pump有没有很快要换的风险？谢谢！ |

发帖数: 1121 | 46 车子漏 coolant 很长时间了，发展到每星期要加两次自来水，现在天冷了，只好加
antifreeze 了。按网上的办法，在停车的地方先放下一大块纸板箱拆下的纸板，隔夜
观察漏的地方。后来发现是 water pump 的地方漏了。
本人的动手能力十分有限，也没有工具，最多自己换换 air filter, PVC valve之类的
，如果换 water pump得话，只能去找修车铺。顺便把其他什么也换掉好了? 我知道
water pump part 本身不贵，但拆穿麻烦，labor比较贵。
车子是 00 Saturn，是 time chain，不用换. |
