材料加人工一共$3400，不知道大概合理的价格大概应该是多少啊？
另外我们这边没有gas，不知道如果换成electric的，每年用热水的支出会不会便宜点

，重新打火，灯是正常了，每隔一秒闪一次，但是没有听见烧水的声音，水也不热。

发帖数: 9429 | 4 需不需要得看你的供水（冷水)和目前water heater 的结构。
water heater 在燃烧的时候，胆内热水大概是有1.5 到2% 的膨胀，这些膨胀多出来的
水需要通过一定的方式从内胆里排掉， 是不是？如果排不掉的话就会从P&T 阀端排除
， 是不是？
下面是关键了， 搞清楚以后在做下一步。
为啥以前的热水炉大都没有装expansion tank？是因为从city 的供水---到热水炉上的
冷水阀（进)---再到热水炉上的热水管（出），这3点之间是连通的。一旦热水膨胀后
，除非P&T出现误差，或者坏了，或者进水管腐蚀后进水口也来越小，膨胀会通过冷水
管push back 到city 的 供水管。
那么最进15年的房子很有可能供水管上或者water heater 上都装了类似单向阀的装置
，目的是不让冷水回流， 在这个情况下就必须装expansion tank。
一个很简单易懂的例子：为啥Boiler 一定要装expansion tank？因为boiler 是封闭系
统，Boiler 上的自动进水阀是单向的。

减压阀就启动了。你这个45看着好像挺高的。不过我不记得water heater有测量的表了

shield must start at the roofs eave edge and extend 2 ft inside heated wall

好多新房和新的roof不应该漏啊？就算有ICE Dam的话。最多沿着siding 从窗的Frame

本来今天早上起来很担心今天的天气， 担心会冷， 不过既然已经买了票， 我们还是
11：30分到了Water World。 一
到那里， 就发现其实并没有想像的冷。 人很多， 很多人看的出来都准备的非常充分
。
简单的说， 每一个attraction我都喜欢的不得了。 连爸爸妈妈这个年纪的人都高兴的
等不急做下一个water ride or
slide。 天气不但不冷， 反而感觉还更有利， 不用担心太阳晒的sun burn。 只是到
了3,4点钟以后， 多少还是有点凉
快了。
真的是很好玩， 觉得总体感觉不亚于Disneyland。 单就水上项目来讲， 觉得比
Disneyland和加洲的Great America
都还要更好玩一些。 :)
如果夏天大家都还有兴趣， 真的建议我们可以一起买Group Ticket， 大家一起去玩。
真的非常好玩， 非常开心。 而
且项目很多， 我们从11：30到6PM, 一个接一个的做， 还有好几个没坐到。 不过已经

去看了昨天的，受体育馆室内场地的限制，the wall现在只能叫the small wall，从in
the flesh的第一个音符飘出，整个
honda center就开始弥漫起浓浓的大麻味道，
the wall不是传统意义上大多人想当然的演唱会，也无法和其他的rock concerts甚至
是pink floyd其他的concerts去做比
较，roger waters已经远远超越了一个rock star的含义，虽然很大程度是因为时代的
缘故
昨天前后左右都在讲他们三十年前看roger waters的经历，有一部分人甚至是一直追随
着演唱会旅行的，有人讲他会一直追
到米兰的最后一场，对这些人来说，2010年的巡演意义非凡，因为你不可能再等另一个
三十年去看已经66岁的roger
waters了。

Mr. Liu fixed my water heater a couple month ago. He lives in Monroe
Township, Middlesex County. Call him 732-982-4891. He is from mainland and
call him Liu Gong. Shutoff the water pipe when you do not use the water and
fix it ASAP. Otherwise, your basement will be flooded. Good luck. |

第一次去waters时把车开过去了，tim看了一下，换了个车的保险丝，花了95刀。前后
大概等了一个礼拜，这个活总体感觉还不错。同时也给我报了个价，我的车要过年检需
要花550刀cash上下。主要是换2个前轮，修理check灯亮（换massairflow），装一个车
门的handle。
我没有当时答应下来，去了其他2家，感觉还是tim的价格低一点。所以打电话说打算去
他那修车过年检，他说ok，但是要过2个礼拜才有空。只好等待。
2周之后，我把车开过去。他是先给我装了handle，和换了massairflow，让我开回来，
感觉一下如何。刚开始感觉还是不错的，check灯不亮了。但是晚上去了一趟办公室，
回来路上发现灯又亮了。第二天早上过去，tim又弄了一下。他说ok了。
又是让我开几天感觉一下是否稳定，结果发现更大的问题，车在启动的时候震荡的特别
厉害，车在行驶的时候有拖拉机般的声音。我的车原来一直没有这个问题，只好再开会
waters。tim让我把车留下，下午去取。等到下午去取车的时候，他开始调试。我在现

based的。本来已经想好了 Bona Traffic, water based product, recommended by

昨天洗完澡，water heater发出噗噗的出水声，一开始没注意，过了1小时发现放water
heater的那个小阁楼漏水了，赶紧开始关水阀擦地板，后来发现流到楼下的厨房了，
全部清洗完毕。今天找了人来换，他说我的情况最好是找人把阁楼的地板吸干，这样不
会长mold, 后来那个公司的人来看了一下说楼下厨房墙面的一小部分要吸，还需要把橱
柜都拆了，还有阁楼地板要洗，不算拆橱柜报价1300，我自己没有保险，请问经历过的
这个价格适中么，还有漏了1小时水是最好把墙面都吸干么？谢谢！ |

小弟刚买的房子 water heater上周六晚突然挂了，第二天周日到处去找人修，询价结
果如下：
1、home depot 的installation service ,用他们店里38gal 牌子rehem的热水器，起
步价1100～1500刀，周一才给安装。其中热水器单卖要500刀左右。
2、yelp.com 上找water heater repair ，问了几家，起步价都在1000左右，都是周一
安装。
3、google 搜到一个叫water heater only的公司，也用home depot的热水器，起步价
也1100，周日下午可以来安装。于是约了这家来，来到一看，说这个要换，那个要换，
价格变成1600刀。如果安装完要申请permit，需要另外加150。其中，换hose要100刀一
条的labor，总共要换2条，加固要200刀。当即让他滚蛋。
4、后来找人推荐了一个老莫handy man，labor要250。会用truck帮我从店里把热水器
拉过来。来了2人，30分钟搞掂，hose换了，也加固了。接管什么的其实不难，就是搬

perfect。火炉比以前的安静很多，water heater的水即使调到最低档也很热。我用得

.I never heard of insurance company asking for water heater inspection
record. Probably no homeowner can provide that kind of information. No
