发帖数: 2009 | 2 刚到新公司上班一周，收到另一个公司offer,现在公司是小公司，做的东西我还比较喜
欢。另一个公司是他们行业的老大，（但也就3-4百人）。以前是上市公司，09年公司
头们和投资公司合伙买下，今年又file IPO,但好像去年前年都亏钱，公司倒是很有钱
的样子。
顾虑：
1.新公司离家41迈，现公司离家14迈，小孩2-4岁，去新公司基本不能接送孩子了
2.新公司就多5000块，401K和保险可能好点，可能油费过路费税啥的就扯的差不多了
3.新公司是6个月 contract to hire, 通过recruiter，VP当场就问我perm要多少，给
了上限，肯定可以转perm，但怕自己表现不满意
4.现公司取得我给的range的下限，好像未来涨工资空间不清楚，新公司比较有钱，未
来应该有涨工资的潜力
5. 现公司做asp .net多一些，新公司middle tier, wcf多一些。

上家公司工资一般）。七月初刚跳的。
今天随便翻了一下Indeed.com，发现自己的工资比本地区平均少了近20k，心里有点不
平衡，毕竟年纪也不算小，该考虑攒点养老钱了。我是做C#的，SQLServer也比较熟，
另外对Silverlight/WPF也比较熟。
现在不太想再跳，因为这个小公司虽然工资不高但是对我来说比较轻松，而且什么都做
，从UI到SQL，有时候还写点Script(Perl), 还可能再做点WCF（以前做过但是不多）。
而且离家也比较近，业余时间比较充裕。
年底大概会有个Review，加入公司的时候Manager说年底奖金我应该能拿到一半。另外
就是我自己觉得对公司贡献蛮大的，一个多月就完成了一个公司内部用的automation
application，剩下的时间也做了不少SilverlightUI，SQL,Perl和C#的工作。自己觉得
比公司里的其他员工能干很多。
这种情况，年终Review的时候，我应该怎么跟Manager说要求加薪的话呢？另外要多少

That's b/c C++ is still #1 when it comes to coding system level software.
If you look at the application level, WPF/SILVERLIGHT/WF/WCF and so on
are already well adopted (e.g. in Office 2010 / SharePoint).
If Android can be done in Java then WM7 can be done in C# / SilverLight.
As simple as that. |

Interoperability了，和以前有所不同，这也是逼得。我得观点是微软的技术不落后，
但是不时髦，不能直接带到下一份工作去。
比如现在流行hadoop,微软也有对应的东西。问题是出了微软，谁用。用WCF做一个
RESTful的服务，比一打的各种java web framework都方便，但是除了去microsoft
shop,没用。虽然很多东西都是类似的，上手很快。
但是这个不叫技术落后5-6年。 |
