The economy gained just 18,000 jobs in the month, the government reported

首先，做好了讲不成的准备。讲价最有利的时候是出价的时候，完全想靠 inspection
讲价，有时候是讲不下来的，搞得自己很生气，不划算。
很多时候，你买房子不是为了5000-10000 来决定你买不买，房子是长期持有的，5000-

我们给没有运动天赋，身体条件差，单项运动开展的晚的孩子们提供两个样本。
样本甲：体育完蛋型人才，个子小一点，力量差一点，协调性基本没有，个人主义强。
态度随体力变化，体力强的时候认真一点。从开始到现在，踢了一年多，一开始就是拼
命丢球，拼命失误，场上的weakest link。但是足球有个好处，守易攻难，慢慢总能
make 一些play。敌人弱一点呢，也能有自己那一份快乐。有一段让他每天五分钟绕桩
，表现出一定的兴趣。后来跟着训练，发现传球是他感兴趣的事情。经常就和别人抢要
求发角球，要求开门球。因为训练水平比赛经验还不到，这个传球也不能出彩。现在挂
在那里，不是超级热爱，也不是特别不喜欢。以他的运动天分做到这样，没有因为丢人
而后退，也不错了。至少每天recess是去踢球的。现在随着其他方面锻炼，身体条件有
所进步，以后或许会往好的方向发 |

甚至terrible two. 都不是纵容的。
比如两岁小孩在超市闹或者乱跑， 妈妈就暂停购物， 把小孩抱到汽车里carseat坐上，
让他安静五分钟， 之后问他， 能不能安静守规矩。 要是能够的话， 就继续
进去购物， 要是不能的话， 就开车回家。 再闹腾的孩子， 只要父母能够
用consistent的做法来规范他， 也会变得尊重规矩的。
两岁， 三岁， 都不算太小， 孩子很早就会察言观色， 就会找大人的
weakest link来take adavantage. |

所以要让他知道这招不好使。
首先楼主自己阵脚不能乱。如果发愁，哭泣，恐惧，那孩子的报复就
奏效了，以后还会重复使用报复的手段，即使不是这个手段，也会有别
的手段可以用，只要针对妈妈vulnerable的weakest link就可以了。
所以要跟儿子平心静气得谈，让他知道他做的事，除了报复妈妈之外，
还有别的consequence,是需要他自己面对的。比如父母失去抚养权，
他去foster care, 以后无法见到父母，这是他自己要扛起来的后果。
正常的孩子，都是惧怕失去父母的。对于极少数不正常的，天不怕地
不怕，不怕没爸妈的孩子，要是我遇到，那就随他去吧。
博弈的双方，输不起的那方，顾虑太多，就会束缚手脚，最后可能反而让
输得起的那方给赢了。 |

人愿意做 “凤尾” 而被 predator 吃掉，导致 most advanced flocking /
schooling 在 predator 面前，可能变成 the weakest flocking / schooling
。。。
但现实世界是 “理性经济人” 假设本身不成立，比如 “朗朗” 和 “朗朗爸爸” 的
组合。。。所以该 “囚徒困境” 也不容易出现。。。当然可能的潜移默化的后果，
可能是藤校在不完善的 “弼马温主持的 holistic 入学标准下”，慢慢慢慢被
“少体校化”。。。温水煮青蛙。。。不过还有大批州立，其实无所谓。。。
当然，话说回来，藤校联盟最初本来就是体校联盟。。。
如果是在理工领域，“理性经济人” 假设仅存在于从小就有充分信息获取渠道的一群
，否则很难领悟到北岛的所云：

华尔街其他分析员对GS ER的estimate是$3.65 EPS,
她敢估$4.65，最接近$4.93的真实值。

However, if you check the chart of spy, xlb, xle, xlf from Jan 19 (spy 52-wk
high) to now, you'll see xle is actually the strongest while xlb is the
weakest.
Maybe the illusion is just because xlb more volatile. |

Arbitrage?
That doesn't make sense to me.
To arbitrage, you don't go both long and short against yourself. You can
either hedge with option or long the strongest and at the same time short
the weakest in the same sector/market.
And that will add overhead, so it is not for small accounts. If you don't
see the trend, just stay away from it. |
