每当别人问你 what is your weakness时，把它当成what was your weakness来回答。
然后根据简历上的内容来举例详细说你当时是如何克服那个weakness的。
2. 收尾部分
你既然当时碰到过那种问题，说明你身上有这种weakness，但是那次的解决提升了你的
自信心，在今后的工作中随着你的进步成长，你会越来越进步，直到再也想不起你曾有
过这种weakness。
另附建议如下。这些问题都叫behavior questions，其实就是stupid questions，不值
得在这上面花时间。很容易让人产生本末倒置的错觉。你的“本”应该是你的专业技能
，而不是说几句漂亮话。你在google上直接搜behavior questions，会出来不少链接，
把第一页的看一看，就明白回答思路了。半天的准备就足够了。（所以才说是“末”，

directly relevant to the job/company. e.g., If u r interviewing for entry
level engineering, u could say you are weak in management and hope to learn
more from your future team leader and manager (and look eagerly at that guy,
implying that he/she is the one with a lot of mgmt exp you could learn from

your ability to get job done (strength) and things that you might fail to
accomplish (weakness)...
Don't be general, focus on the job content... Being not attractive to women

结果为了把每件事情做好，每天要花20+hours，搞得自己睡眠不足
虽然目前的状况还是觉得信心满满，动力十足，且效果不错，但是你心里明白长期这样
的话对健康真的不负责任。。。
所以为了克服自己这个weakness，要更加好的作time planning & management,把健康
的睡眠也考虑进去，然后坚定信念：细水长流，欲速则不达，坚持好的生活和工作态度

when cranking. My battery is about 4.5 years old. It is a 610 CCA battery.
and I had the battery tested and shown 534 CCA left. The battery voltage
was 12.54V. Time for cranking is 1.2 s. The meter indicated that the
battery need to be replaced soon though I think 534 CCA is considerable
amount left. Some new battery is only 550 CCA. so I think 534 CCA should be

to answer this question, just look at your own CV and try to think that you
were reviewing another applicant's CV and find what's this guy's greatest
weakness. If you can see it, those guys in the search committee surely can
see it too.
They ask this question to see whether you are honest, and more importantly
whether you really know yourself and are serious to build a career by
overcoming your weaknesses.

年初刚开始准备申请的时候来版上学习过几次，每次都倍受打击，因为所有号称的weak
case都比我强
上很多很多。于是就决心等自己拿到的时候一定要来分享下background，给所有觉得自
己背景很弱的
兄弟姐妹们多点信心。
我的情况如下：
4篇publication,只有2篇是1作，0 citation因为全是刚发不久
6个 conference presentation, 其中4个一作
9个 peer review的杂志，一个杂志一篇review
没有independent的推荐信
award只有公司和读书系里乱七八糟的几个
5个association membership，自己掏钱就可以加的那种
想来想去，可能大公司是个优势，学校也还不错，别的跟版上的兄弟姐妹们比起来实在
是太微不足道
了。希望能帮到大家，多一点信心。

任何一个人都弱。从准备材料到寄出，大约三个半月。经常到此版浏览，受益非浅，特

is pretty weak:
Publication: 10 journal/conference papers (our field is conference-oriented)
Review: 3 times
Citation: only 23
Ref letters: 5 independent out of 7 (2 UK, 2 Germany, 1 US)
As I said, my case is pretty weak, and I have included all the supporting
material I can find in my initial submission.

The first problem is indeed a trap. Normally in my application I use
TreeModel.addListener(Listener listener, int RefType)
to explicitly declare the listener's reference type, and set
TreeModel.addListener(Listener listener) to use hard reference.
You second problem is not a problem because if the listener becomes weakly
reachable (nobody reference it), then its reference to the tree will become
weakly reachable too if the tree does not have oth |

当时才来美国没几天，英语却是说得不好。。。但是也有说来了一两年确实就有提高
但没说过public speaking，因为一直到现在我的public speaking还是weak到要死。。。
另外我工作期间确实有段时间很“贪多”，但是是被迫地贪多，搞到每天只能睡3-4个
小时，连续三四个月，差点过劳死是真的啦。。。同事和经理都说学不会说No和学不会
