和机械系统都通了，不需要人的干预飞机自己也上天了，细枝末节上也搞了一些原创的

因为这是创业版，就聊点针对创业的感想，真心希望能与朋友们互相鼓励，一起交流。
更重要的是我说说自己想必过几个月回头看看又会觉得无比幼稚可笑的想法，希望大家
批评指正，点出我思维上的盲区。
半年前，从纯粹的玩，我开始往创业的圈子里张望。偶尔参加了几次湾区的创业活动，
见过两个风投。一个完全不感兴趣。一个挺有兴趣的，也帮了很实在的忙。但是回到草
根创业具有的一些共性问题，团队，更要命的是全职创业的团队成员，一下就抓瞎了。

wearable IoT盘子越来越大，Intel, amd, nvidia未免做不出来，是吧？我觉得amba占
了个nichie market的先机。。
Gopro里chip的sole provider是amba，所以这两个现在是一根绳子上的蚂蚱，一荣俱荣
，一损俱损。两个都有点想摆脱现状：amba想找更大的市场，gopro想要更大的profit

轻取6+。 但目测galaxy note 4的销量要受重创。 因为三星在这个尺寸从来没有像
样的对手。
去年，苹果首发了世界第一款64 bit的手机CPU。 今年是首发20nm工艺。 在续航来
说28降到20，加上6+几乎翻倍的电池，又没有像LG g3那样犯傻搞2k，不出意外续航应
该轻取所有安卓高端机。 每年苹果手机跑分基本上都是领头羊，今年也不会例外。非
常期待anandtech的跑分。
apple pay是苹果利用用全球最大的信用卡数据库走出的第一步。手机付款这个东西科
技很简单，但拉足够多商家支持是非常困难的一步。 苹果显然在这一步下了大功夫。
要完全取代信用卡显然不可能，信用卡还没完全取代现金呢。 但配合指纹付款，
apple pay在电子钱包里总体来说包装的是最好的，加上苹果用户平均收入远胜于安卓
人群，对NFC推广无疑是非常强力的一步。

进入中端市场更容易形成“pull marketing" effect。Wearable和IOT都是早期市场，
需要让一部分人先装起来。Tesla的策略也是如此，目前看来效果很好。
Wearable这个市场可能至少要再看五年，所以我不认为短期内能make or break苹果的
业绩或声誉。 |
