Most of the items in his list are wear and tear. Tires, brakes, muffler, CV
Joints. All these things needs to be replaced after certain years. New cars
depreciate faster than older ones because you do not need to pay for the
wear and tear. Old cars depreciates slowly because you need to pay for wear
and tear. There is no such a thing that you can get all the benefits.

你这个说法对于任何一种发动机都适用。
最佳的检测方法是打开一个7万的发动机，看看wear如何。
网上有人拆过，你可以搜搜。
结论是基本没有什么wear。
也就是说相对于车的寿命，这点wear根本不算什么。
保时捷也好subaru也好应该都有对应的措施。 |

每年的4月是全美宣导避免分心驾驶（distracteddriving）的月份，据悉今年旧金山警
局将和加州公路巡警（CHP）联手，严打开车时打电话、发短信、吃东西等分心的行为
，首次违规将罚款约200元，而且罚款金额还会随被抓次数而有所增长，严惩记吃不记
打呀！
上月底3月31日，旧金山警察局长索尔及加州公路巡警旧金山分局局长薛瑞尼（Captain
Christ Sherry）在市政大楼前宣布，4月两单位将加强找寻开车时未集中注意力的驾
驶，并发出罚单。“严打月”呀！小心吃罚单！
而且分心驾驶不仅威胁别人的生命安全，对自己也是极不负责的行为。上月初，就有一
位年轻的妈妈在开车过程中玩Facebook，结果车子驶入了逆向车道，并撞上了一辆卡车

发帖数: 17 | 11 买车时中了dealer spot delivery的圈套：买车时dealer骗我们贷款申请已经被
America Honda批准了。这个原因直接决定了我们签了agreement然后开车回家（第一次
买新车没经验）。后来告诉我们因为F-1 visa，不能贷款。然后同意我们自己在外面贷
款。但是因为身份问题（visa无法证明以后三年将在美国待）， credit union也没通
过。今天去找dealer谈，他们给了两个解决方案：
他们帮我们找第三方贷款拿到相同APR。这个果断否定。因为听说过他们会向外面的很
多家银行乱申请，严重影响score。另外我感觉由于visa status的原因，估计也不能贷
下来。不再想跟他们耗了。
退车。同时用restock fee之类的来吓唬我们。
我们愿意考虑方案2，同时又加了第三个方案：让降价然后付cash买车。他们起初说不
能降价，后来又说要跟他老板商量以后明天给答复。
整个过程中有几个疑问，请版上大牛们指点一下。不胜感激！
1）他们说我签了协议允许他们代表我申请贷款。所以他们能提交错多次申请。我当时

查了我们州的法律。要求在45天内通知归还押金和其他。
因为需要break lease，我们提前一个月通知他们三月底搬出，有书面的申请，说好了
我们负责到有新租户搬进的日子，可是我们当时没有要copy. 后来口头上又续租了一个
月，也同意了（因为没有新租户要进来）。 后来跟我们说必须要4月底搬出因为5月中
旬有人要搬进来。 这个具体的合同终止日期无论是三月底，四月底或者原合同的十二
月底，对这个影响都不大。
我现在主要是关于他们的损坏赔偿有很大的意见，换整个房间的carpet都算在我们头上
是肯定不愿意接受的，总共有三项：
1.replace carpet due to numerous stains and bleach throughout. $996.52
2.refrigerator - shelf bar broken $20.46
3.extra cleaning for the range $25

１个bedroom的小apartment，要＄１０２５。
信最后说deposit都抵掉，多的就不问我们要了。
上来请教，帮我们看看，是不是太黑了点儿, 怎么argue啊?下一步怎么做才好。
我们一共住了３年半，很多都应该属于wear and tear。
打扫我们肯定是认真打扫过的，厨房和厕所都是重点。
仔细看list，厨房和厕所扣的并不多。
帐单如下：
冰箱清洁费－＄３５ (清洁过的，拿wipes擦了好几遍。)
厨房柜子－ ８０(这个绝对清洁过的，同样拿wipes擦了好几遍，非常非常干净)
炉子－６０(这个我认了，觉得合理。毕竟做了快４年的饭)
洗碗机－２５(这个也是擦过的，而且我们天天用，很干净的)
厨房水池－１５(擦的很亮)
厨房地板－３０(很干净)
浴缸－５０(绝对擦过的)
换马桶垫－３０(４年了也应该换了吧，算wear and tear)
浴室水池－１０(是擦过的)
清洁浴室地板－２０(这个接受, 搬家的可能踩脏了）
清洁洗衣机－３０(很干净，把放soap的盒子都拿出来洗过的)

1. 灯泡两个
2. 换窗帘 (blind replacement)
3. 清洁费
觉得1&2不是应该是normal wear and tear，所以不很清楚我的认知跟一般定义是否一致
cleaning fee是不是应该要要求细项？因为搬出前是里里外外扫过了
当初搬走前没有坚持要房东walk through，所以感觉好像很难argue什么，是有搬出当
天的照片，不知道有没有用
另外，如果要argue，应该要先去跟他们要细项，收到后再看如何argue，还是直接提出
例如这应该归做wear and tear，除非你提供细项证明不是normal wear and tear？还
是收到细项也不要直接跟房东argue，直接走小额法庭？
窗帘几乎没在用，因为搬进去就发现很不好使，大概是这样新房东（代管）决定换新？

You only need one night guard. The lower one is easier to wear than the
upper one. $299 is dirt cheap, if it's custom made by your dentist. You'll
sleep better with a night guard - at least that's how I feel. I actually
chipped one of my front teeth one night before I started wearing night
guards. These days I'm so used to it that if I don't wear it to sleep, I
feel insecure. Ha ha. |

Only wear when going out without bottle milk and expect to nurse. At home
not wearing it since I nurse often. At night not wearing just put a towel on

months. To fix the idea: I was wearing size 4P before getting pregnant, when
my baby was 7 months old, I was still wearing size 10. I stopped breast
feeding when my baby was 8 months old. Now he is 17 months old and I am
wearing size 0P/2P.

第四天14，第五天16，明天看医生继续检查。
全母乳喂养，第四天开始体重回升，每天3oz的样子。
但是乳水不是很多，两边吃过再泵，出奶量不到0.5oz,其实不到1tea spoon，娃老是饿
，老要吃，每次吃几分钟又睡着。。。。撒尿屙屎还可以。
现在医生通过各种特征认为娃吃够了，不存在母乳导致摄取不够导致黄疸，很不建议加配
方奶，等明天检查后再定夺。。。。
公婆就认为俺俩饿着娃了，憋着让喂奶粉，老公死活不让，我住院期间，他们在家吵了
几次，现在都冷战到婆婆不愿意做饭，老公气的吃不饱，不愿意回家吃饭而是外卖的情

I'm a living example for this theory. My father used to let me wear A LOT of
clothes when I was little. I often caught cold in all seasons. Yet he
thought it was because I didn't wear enough and kept on adding. Now I have
to wear a lot of not feel cold.
I think LZ's husband is also such a living example. The difference between
him and me is that I don't want to repeat my father's mistake while LZ's
husband doesn't think it's a mistake at all |

今天收到房东的帐单了，看了非常的无语, 快哭了.
１个bedroom的小apartment，要＄１０２５。
信最后说deposit＄680都抵掉，多的就不问我们要了。
上来请教，帮我们看看，是不是太黑了点儿, 怎么argue啊?下一步怎么做才好。
我们一共住了３年半，很多都应该属于wear and tear。
打扫我们肯定是认真打扫过的，厨房和厕所都是重点。
仔细看list，厨房和厕所扣的并不多。
帐单如下：
冰箱清洁费－＄３５ (清洁过的，拿wipes擦了好几遍。)
厨房柜子－ ８０(这个绝对清洁过的，同样拿wipes擦了好几遍，非常非常干净)
炉子－６０(这个我认了，觉得合理。毕竟做了快４年的饭)
洗碗机－２５(这个也是擦过的，而且我们天天用，很干净的)
厨房水池－１５(擦的很亮)
厨房地板－３０(很干净)
浴缸－５０(绝对擦过的)
换马桶垫－３０(４年了也应该换了吧，算wear and tear)
浴室水池－１０(是擦过的)
清洁浴室地板－２０(这个接受, 搬家的可能踩脏了）
清洁洗衣机－３０(很干净，把放soap的盒子都拿出来洗过的)
