的，一开始还担心自己编程比较弱，没想到第二次电面的时候，manager反复说这个entry
level的职位根本不看重programming，所以就糊里糊涂的拿到了onsite.
电面的第一次，是hr的一个MM，整体来说并没有问什么，还是老问题： tell me about
yourself.之后就告诉我这个职位主要是database testing. 然后说之后会给我安排一个
team里的人面试我。
结果再次电面的时候，直接变成了team manager. 第一个问题是在学校中收获了啥？第二个问题
是如果你有个小朋友在身边你怎么给他描述DB.（这个我一下子还真没反应过来啊）。之后似乎她
就不想问了，直接丢给我一个你想找啥工作，我一想HR告诉过我是DB方面的test就狂说只要是db
相关的就行。结果manager不停地说他们要找的人DB只是很小的一部分，主要是针对他们的
webservice要收集信息，写文档, 然后测试。我一听着急了，明显是不想要我了嘛，我立马抢过

hashtable比较大时最好预定一下尺寸，不然低效，因为要重新hash计算
aop一般只能基于容器注入，否则不灵

Accelerated c++,programming abstraction in c++,C++ primer啊，effetive c++啊;
算法类的大家说烂了的interview exposed， careercup 150，算法导论各种mitbbs上
的题，后来因为家庭和签证等各种因素综合考虑，决定不搞算法搞j2ee了。
大概一年多前开始0基础看java，主要原因之一是careercup上很多题都是java写的，不
会java完全看不懂，后来基本看懂了。
也是从斯坦福网上公开资料看起，
Introduction to Java Programming by Daniel Liang 写得很详细，所有例子基本都
有完整代码，非常适合初学者。
Think in java 非常经典的书 必看 我到现在也就来回翻了前一半多的内容几遍。
SCJP 考级的书，内容非常细，打基础不错，但是有时候会觉得过细，回字四种写法。

，其实不解决任何核心的问题，这也就是这些所谓的技术不温不火的原因。一个网站或
者webservice真正的bottleneck永远在后端数据处理，前端那点html code generation
的latency不值一提。Amazon用perl写的前端，Facebook用php写的，没什么差别。
所以搞前端的，要么就是用户体验客户端javascript做的好，要么就美工css做得好，
前端服务器framework没什么好研究的，servlet足够了。除非你做的都是啥静态文件比
如论坛啥的 -- 不过那属于业余范畴，不打粮食。 |

入信息，并问如何交互。当机了怎么办？
我压根不知道，就跟他扯http有get post之类的。画个load balancer示意图瞎吹。
他说可以通过url来承载内容。
然后他问我懂不懂webservice，我说不懂。
然后他问懂不懂mapreduce? 举个例子。我举了个排序的例子，跟他设想的方法不同。
于是就转而讨论一道海量数据排序的复杂度。那老兄数学专业，幸好我数列求和算出来
了，最后还算happy。 |

framework，webservice啥的。一年IT经验，主要是Java后端。
准备材料：leetcode，lintcode，MITBBS，《算法导论》，《Hadoop-The definite
guide》，《mining of massive datasets》，facebook tech talk，google/facebook
的论文（heystack，三驾马车等）。整个准备了大概3个多月4个月，每天至少有3个小
时在看材料/刷题。
结果：F跪，LG标准package。
感想：
（1）入行一年，感觉经验远远不够，主要是design方面，而且不像算法，很难短期突
击准备。即便自己对某个design有个答案，一旦被challenge，就会发现漏洞百出。
（2）骑驴找马很难，要请假什么的。所以我觉得面10来家公司对我很不现实。自己只
面了这三家。
（3）面试经验很重要。面试本身就是一个学习和积累经验的过程。所以想去dream
