I know that it is inconceivable but you may actually learn a new
colloquialism.

开始的。但是还是要推荐一下他发的carving 录像之二，这个非常易学，可以很容易的
体会到正确的感觉。

的道又特别的缓，我们就不穿装备陪着他走下来。第二天用了edgie wedgie,能帮助他
避免劈叉，保持pizza。这么大的娃跟他说重心啥的都听不懂，就让他好好玩玩自己体
会。两天下来，（不是连续的两天），已经意识到靠pizza内侧的edge可以减速，并开
始有了转弯的意识，摔跤了也要接着滑，看到人家滑得好会很羡慕，遇到平地动不了的
时候拼命迈步想动起来。下一步打算带上leash上carpet一起滑，再下面就上个chair

Usms上的姑娘推荐泳衣买小两个号。这样比较紧，游速也会提高。我按size chart是30
号，往小买城28号现在每个来回的stroke数都变少了... 但是如果你的torso很长就按
自己的身材买吧。
这是在amazon上一个swimmer指点的，我粘贴过来给你看。
