今天12号,我早上穿睡衣的体重是 112.6lb. 离回国还有8天,决定这8天要突击一下
,定了这个计划:
每日3餐: 早饭1个鸡蛋,一个烤红薯;
午饭:蔬菜沙拉, greek yogurt
晚饭: 打算吃从国内带的 薏米, 山药,和芡实粉。 就是每种1tb, 可以
熬成很稠的糊糊.
运动: 每天都跳2套郑多燕 集中锻炼胳膊和腿。 希望回国前能到110lb.... |

w*****3 发帖数: 1582 | 37 今天跑完了最后的一个long run,之后进入taper了。 今年多伦多又冷雪又多,trail
上没办法跑,只能在人行道上跑。 下周五的比赛, 长度是100Miles, 爬升/下降3600
多米,算是相对比较简单的100miles. 虽然1 训练不系统,2 没有跑过超过30km以上的
长距离,3没有pacer,4体重相对有点超重等劣势,但是还是希望通过 1比赛时自己比
较能吃 2夏天有骑车,最长骑过double century的训练基础,虽然没有练下坡但是也基
本不太担心Quad 3用登山杖和 hoka oneone鞋,希望能顺利完成比赛。
比赛cut-off是30小时, 第一名一般是16小时左右,我上次50mile是11小时45分,这次
比赛目标定到28小时,前50mile 13小时, 后50 mile 15 小时。
如果不是全身性症状比如呕吐不能吃东西,血尿无尿尿频,头晕,晕厥,意识不清,或
者运动器官比如膝盖肌肉受伤以外,不会退赛。
竞猜规则,最接近chip时间的前三名,分别奖励 200/100/50伪币, 同样的竞猜结果(

我是三年前开始跑步的,不过前两年都是每周一次,每次跑一小时大概十公里左右。直
到去年八月份突然脑子一热,报了一个十一月份的半马,跑得还蛮爽的。那之后就一直
心里长了草要跑全马。今年年初终于下了决心,我的新年愿望之一就是跑全马。
刚开始是照着“The non-runner’s marathon trainer” 练的.这是一本很励志的教人
跑酱油马的书,主要的宗旨是鼓励读者用尽一切手段,最后爬也要爬过终点。不过练了
一俩个月后觉得不太靠谱,果断放弃了。
从三月中开始照着“Hansons Marathon Method” 开始训练。这个训练法最大的好处是
:只要确定了全马的目标时间,那么你的每次训练的里程和配速都是定死的,对我这种
裤子大的理科男而言,简直是不二的选择。此训练法一周要跑六天(星期三休息),三
天hard run, 三天easy/recovery run. Hard runs 包括星期二的strength run @ (MP
– 10秒);星期四的tempo run @ MP; 以及星期天的龙润。我先把week6~16练了一遍

小组时,他是我week6的对手,结果这家伙头两个weeks就已经打了四场,而且都是狂胜
对手。原本是他主场,还主动联系我说可以跑到我这边来打,真是积极呀。我刚好
week2的对手没空,就答应他了。是个劳模。一打起来,原来是个战术派,什么球都跑回
来,长拉短吊,我想怪不得能赢其他对手这么多啦。可惜,他遇到的是我这个ultimate
pusher,我知道用pusher打法肯定能轻松赢他,就改打暴力好了,而且还要tanking.好
不容易能够以close的比分赢了下来。赛后,劳模说想不到如何能赢我。也就是这场比
赛的胜负,最后league playoff的no.1 seed,由他变成了我。。。
想不到冤家路窄,semifinal又碰到他了。forecast说从上周四起开始有雨。我第一时
间联络他,以为他也会象在小组赛那样积极,结果他就一拖再拖,最后我催得急,他说
这几天都有雨,就订星期一晚上吧。靠,星期一晚上不就是最后时刻吗!而且他还强调

I'm not a stat expert so my question may be really naive.
Is it possible to conduct a correlation analysis for ONE person? The
unit of analysis (case) however is not a person but an instance that occurs
at a time.
Below is a mock up data for ONE person who has different values for
variable A and variable B for each week. I want to test if variable A and
Variable B are correlated across weeks for this (ONE) person?
