It's talking about mortgage payment reset, just like the teaser checks
credit card company hands out. It starts w/ an attractive low rate and
then blows up if you fail to pay it in full after certain time.
The mother of all reset will eventually hit the bond market. When the
interest rate on trillions of treasury is forced to reset, watch out!
US government will have to either default or go Weimar Republic. |

In short, indirect bid comes mostly from foreign investors while direct
bid probably from Fed.
low indirect + high direct = debt monetization = bond WEIMARization =>
US Dollar collapse => pick your poisons between:
1. high interest rate that kills economy or,
2. mass banana republic inflation that, oops, kills economy as well.
Basically US economy will be killed one way or another. |

It's about the time to get out of any fiat currency. To me, Euro, British
Pound and US Dollar are just soon-to-be Weimar Germany Marks, Argentina
Pesos and Zimbabwe Dollars.

#1 Their mass welfare system generates huge budget deficit that can only
be financed via inflation.
#2 Their banks made bad loans to these PIIGS and other nations and cannot
get the money back. To avoid a banking system collapse, they decided to
print the money to cover the loss, again just like US, just cheat.
It's a currency depreciation in full spin, which is why we gotta invest

few months tho. These Elliot guys are all long term so his time frame is
probably like 1 or 2 years.
I also don't think Obama will sit there taking it. By 8000 pts he'd rush

There's no way to pay a negative real interest and still expect money to
flow into the bond market. You have to ban owning every other asset in
order for that to happen.
But then how do you grow economy if you force money into absolutely the
junkiest asset such as bond. You cannot.
So you see be it QE, OT or whatever US economy is dead. It's not just a
little dead. It's DEAD dead. It's Zimbabwe dead. It's Weimar dead. It's
Banana Republic dead. Only a painful, long over-due reset could fix it. |

更妙的是，museum里有两个德国美女，工作人员，一个英语很差，另外一个稍微好点，
但也比较困难，俺带着前两天的疑问，就是weimar的goethe haus和frankfurt的goethe
haus, 和那个德国美眉进行了亲切友好的文化交流，english + some german words +
eye contacts + body language, 充分促进了中德文化交流，增进了中德两国人民间的
友谊， 为中德文学交流写了新的篇章。
值得一提的是，这个美眉几乎全程陪同我转遍了14个房间，虽然天气灰暗但我的心情是
靓丽的。

克福好像work，但是一过weimar就没信号了，貌似是因为jena这一带的T-mobile
用的是900Mhz的频率，俺这个米国带来的手机不支持。
