questions are much weirder than any Q I saw in NBMEs. There are some Qs that
look close to NBME, but the length is much longer than that in NBME. I ran
out of time in almost all these sections.
For the energy, you don't need to worry. I think that once you are doing the
real exam, you will be energetic. I feel very energetic even after the
whole exam and I am pregant for 19 weeks.

According to Wikipedia http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sponge, sponges are animals which have: "No true tissues, they lack muscles, nerves, and internal organs."
They don't have a brain etc. so what makes them an animal and not a plant?
