in N. California, i used to drive there playing a few matches a day.
They used to hold all events as single elimination even U1700, U1850.
Last time i played 3-4 years ago, they had RR, 3 in a group, but those
3 matches were called one by one on different tables, weired: i had
no chance to watch the other 2 play in case they play first.
Lighting was low. I have never played, even went to watch one ICC
tournaments yet. Sounds |

10K is 7:00. Running at 9:00 is really easy for me, but I feel
uncomfortable for my ankle if I run at that low pace, it is weired. BTW, I
read some training schedule on the book, It has a table for every day's
mileage, but it is just indicate pace of the speed training of the week,

it is too dry and the HRM did not start to function.
Yesterday a 5 mile recovery, I ran with a group on a mapped course. However,
my 305 only recorded 4.95 miles, first time shorter than real distance.
Interesting, I will see if this is the sign before it dies. Hope not. |

一般是推荐有risk factor（家族史，吸烟，胆固醇/血压不正常等等）
但无症状的人去试试。查出来有问题的需要进一步测试才能下结论。
如果已经有症状就直接做其他测试了。
其实不太贵，记得自己掏腰包跑到mall里300刀就可以搞定。

觉得他的表演里让人感觉出自己水平太高了，跟别人不在一个档次，所以他没有尽力发
挥，只是保持不失误，所有的表演都是在完全的控制下进行的。后来那个小日本的我也
