近日洛杉矶圣盖博市又破获一起华人卖淫案，不过警方表示，检方将案子退回给圣盖博
警局要求再调查，所以目前具体情况不便透露。
圣盖博市Del Mar街上的一处民宅内查获卖淫案件。
此案发生在圣盖博市Del Mar街1400号街区一处民宅内。
逮捕时间为8月25日下午3时半，共逮捕四人。
其中38岁的嫌犯杜冰(Bing Du，音译，下同)涉嫌组织卖淫罪(pimp)，33岁的马文艳(Ma
, Wenyan)和28岁的聂嘉欣(Ne, Chia Shin)涉嫌卖淫罪。一名35岁的菲律宾裔男子
Orlando Espinola Villalon Jr则涉嫌买春被捕。
圣盖博市警局刑事组长Brian Kott表示，组织卖淫意思是在知情状况下，为卖淫者提供
场所、帮助或者管理卖淫者，帮助收钱、维持秩序等，这是一项重罪(felony)。而卖淫
只是轻罪(misdemeanor)。
在加州，轻罪最严重的惩罚也仅为县立监狱六个月监禁或1000元罚金。重罪则要到州立
监狱服刑。根据加州法律，介绍卖淫罪如果成立，至少要监禁三年。
