收款人不会知道寄款人的经济信息，如check 的银行帐号啊，信用卡的卡号啊，paypal
的用户名啊，地址，电话啊。。。
甚至在美国的收款人没有ID都可以取款，Western Union专门有一个 自己定义问题/答
案 的选项，给那些偷渡的人，没有身份的人的转钱的方式。
呵呵，这都是题外话了。
不过要是寄钱给国内不熟悉的人的话，毕竟邮寄支票，银行转帐之类的，就怕他们以后
仿冒你的支票和签名，那就不舒服了。。。。

我打算汇款大约5k刀回国到国内一线城市，现在基本确定通过moneyGram或者western
Union来操作。
关于MoneyGram，好像用的人不是很多,他们的客服电话死活接不到人工台。索性问了问
Walmart的服务台，汇款挺简单，只需要汇款人的ID，SSN卡和Debit Card或者cash。
5K刀的汇款的话，网站上给的手续费是27刀，还行
我的问题是收款的时候，对方可以直接提取人民币么，在货币兑换的时候，MoneyGram
会收费么？

有时候运气太好也不是一件好事，俺非常幸运的同时被选中了ultra里的波马，以及同年

我现在在做一个膜蛋白的Western Blot,这个膜蛋白的基因序列前辈被我加了一个FLAG
的标签构建立一个表达载体pcDNA3,然后转染到细胞HEK293中.筛选后构建了稳定的细胞系.
免疫染色,药理学都很正常.(如果没有转染成功不会有这么强的药理现象.)
抗FLAG的一抗,做Western Blot却做不出来.
是不是需要用PNGase F去掉N端糖基再做呢?有必要?
PNGase F去掉N-linked carbodydrates?和去糖基是一个意思?

了。出现表型不是什么好事，应该是你agroinfiltration失败了。你看看这篇文章关于
agroinfiltration （Studying NB-LRR Immune Receptor Localization by
Agroinfiltration Transient Expression），里面提到了关于植物需要的适宜条件。
首先植物需要种在23－25度，打完植物需要放在22度左右光照12小时以上，持续光照有
利于表达。另外，这么大的蛋白不加P19几乎肯定不会表达。但是加P19的比例需要摸索
。菌种也很重要。如果你用GV3101或者C58C1应该没有问题。如果你用的LBA4404,那就
一般表达效率要低（在烟草中）。最好的是GV2260,我刚发帖去求了，我的一个HA
fusion蛋白也是表达很低（绝对不是抗体问题，positive control每次都work）。
你先找个postitive control，随便弄个GUS或者GFP来fuse一个HA都可以。你必须要有

有个western transfer的technical的问题。我们lab用的是一个很笨重的biorad的semi
-dry transfer 仪器。我刚开始做western，transfer的效率总是很差。
protein ladder用的是5ul，
manual上推荐mini gel，8.5cm x 5.5 cm，用10v-15v，30min
我开始用过25v，总是看到有的ladder 到了下面的filter paper上面，同时还有ladder
在gel上面，如果时间长点，gel上就看不到ladder。
后来我用15v，推荐的，40min-60min，还是看到有ladder在gel上面，但是没有在
filter paper上面。说明这个voltage很合适的，不会over transfer。但是高分子量的
ladder， 50kd以上的，总是转不完全。
我的protein只有20kd，理论上根据ladder来看，应该都转过去了。可是我的western跟
同样的sample，在其他lab做的，结果就不一样。抗体都是按照他们的catalog number
