bedroom unit，当时的sales agent用了很多欺骗的手段，一直想告他们，但因为没有
证据也就只好不了了之。
前几天收到Westgate的一个新子公司——Westgate Cruise and Travel Collection的
电话，说可以给我一个lifetime membership，要$2000，这样可以用我的unit换其他很
多地方的旅店，而且再也不用交每年$250的会员费了。这个member还有很多好处，比如
可以送我一个cruise和一个7天的resort。因为我正准备今年坐一次crusie，就让她帮

gift的心态去Westgate听presentation，估计很多去过Disney World的人都有同样经历
吧... 在他们给我降了价以后（第一次没有投降，第二次就悲催了），我买了个他们的

现在的问题是，大家有什么建议，我该怎么办呢？已经交了3000刀的downpayment，还
签了所有合同without knowing the detail（哎，真心脑残的厉害，一般不是这种人，
昨天脑子短路了）。有办法把钱要回来吗？哪怕损失个一两千刀我也认了...
刚给昨天的salesman打电话，他说不用担心，我可以帮你卖，买家很多，不过要等一个
月等我的账户进入系统以后才能弄，说过几个小时再给我电话，我目前还抱有一丝希望
，大家有什么好建议吗？

学生的时候才$500/m，现在double还要多了。。。Anyway，
（1）Location：Westgate Drive, Woburn, 01801
（2）Price：$500, unfurnished bedroom, shared bathroom (我会住living room)

超过两个月需要登记，但也仅此而已。

发帖数: 2609 | 13 呵呵，作为曾经在Woburn住过的，我可以肯定，如果你要性价最好的地方，就是
Westgate Apartment，次之是Kimbal court。你搜搜救直到了。
Westgate Apartment推荐是因为房间大，而且有扇落地的玻璃窗，而且价格便宜，去年
1bed好像是1.2K/mo， 2bed是1.4k/mo，物业可以。唯一问题就是老印非常多，但话说
那个apartment老印少。。。
Kimbal court跟国内公寓楼更像，窗户小点，屋子也小点，但是冬天免费供热。同学说
热得让他大冬天开窗户。价格比Westgate略高。
其他地方可以说要么价格高，要么就是房子不如上面两个。
P.S. 才注意到你说要养猫，这个不好弄，似乎上面两个地方都不允许。具体你电话问

在PH CASINO层的GUEST SERVICE,过去问有没有什么FREE SHOW可以看，他们会拿出一本
书让你选上面不同的SHOW.一般是去参加第二天的讲座和第二天的SHOW，所以至少要在
离开LV之前一两天去问。
要求：
1.residence
2.结婚的couple
residence他们不怎么查，说是就行了
结不结婚他们一般看驾照上的地址是不是match，或有没有戴戒指
除了选FREE SHOW，还可以选$160玩BLACKJACK或者$80玩老虎机的筹码。一般还会另外
给两张免费的BUFFET票或是$25的cafeteria代金券。
选好之后给他们$20的deposit，选一个第二天讲座的时间，就可以了。
讲座就是卖他们westgate新楼的使用仅，好象是两万多可以买其中一个condo一年中一

两个办法，一个办法是上午来这里，有人带你去88，因为我们要去那里买月饼。
如果你要下午来，那么到了88后，沿washington st.向西开，然后并入Mass Ave.
过了harvard bridge后，左转进入Vassar street，然后就会看见一个大大的球场
后面有两栋高楼，最高的那个地方就是Tang hall，旁边是Westgate，lounge在
Westgate里面，按001就有人给你开门(得报暗号先)，或者直接去bbq area，在
Tang hall附近的一个阴暗的角落。 |

least 75%. It automatically takes out most the stuff that cant be ordered
but some stuff gets through like items that are available for store pick up

据国外媒体报道，地产大亨大卫-西格尔(David Siegal)之女维多利亚-西格尔(Victoria Siegal)日前去世，年仅18岁。维多利亚-西格尔曾在2012年圣丹斯电影节纪录片《凡尔赛宫的女王》(The Queen Of Versailles)中出镜，是大卫与杰姬(Jackie Siegal)夫妻八个子女中的一个。
大卫-西格尔是分时度假酒店集团Westgate Resorts创始人，他的妻子杰姬则曾经是选美皇后。喜好奢华的两人基于凡尔赛宫的创意在奥兰多建造一栋8360平米的豪宅，这栋豪宅拥有多个游泳池、五个厨房、二十三个卫生间、十三个卧室、两个电影院，需要19个人组成的团队来打理。
可惜世事难料，突然到来的房贷危机却让这个宏大的建筑项目不得不终止，夫妻俩不得不将这栋造到一半的豪宅当成“烂尾楼”出售。

发帖数: 39120 | 46 据新西兰天维网援引Nzherald消息，新西兰奥克兰夫妇Antun and Deanna Tolich表示他们刚刚中了“彩票”——房地产彩票。20年前，他们在奥克兰Whenuapai的Brigham Creek Rd花费28.5万纽币买下了占地面积4公顷的一栋lifestyle房屋，本月他们以700万纽币的价格卖了出去，比中彩票还值。
这栋房屋的CV是322万纽币，其中土地就值296万纽币。每年要缴纳7717纽币地税。
1995年的时候，这对夫妇本打算在Herne Bay购买房屋，可以和住在那里的Tolich的父母距离近一些。但当时房贷利率非常高，他们没有办法承担那里的房子，不得已他们只好在位于奥克兰西区的Whenuapai买下这栋Lifestyle建筑。他们住到那里的时候，从来没有想过有朝一日这里的土地和房屋会这么值钱。
